Default How many are gone from your seniority list since the merger?

When YRC merged totally on Feb 1, we had a total of 65 P&D drivers at my barn, between Yellow and Roadway. We now are down to 32 total. What was the total on the list on your board then, and what about now?

I think this merger has cost up to 6000 Teamster jobs.

not counting the ones that saw the writing on the wall, as luck would have it, and retired. i was lucky enough to have, otherwise i would be on layoff or on the bubble.

didn't zollar say we would lose about 20% let me see 65, minus 33 equals 32 , plus glen moore drivers added ,plus if you add the jobs we are saving by having other companies do the work for us. oh my god it starting to make sense. i got to go back upstairs and see if i took the right meds.get back to you on my percentage figures.

Kansas City Business Journal said YRC had 68,000 employees in 2006. They now hae maybe 34000. I think we've lost more than 6,000 Teamster jobs, more like 25,000. We are no larger than before we bought Roadway and USF,but we still owe the 2.5 billion borrowed to buy them. What a joke, and the clown that did it is still running the circus.
