On April 12, 2010, Timothy A. Wicks, President and Chief Operating Officer of YRC Worldwide Inc. (the "Company"), resigned. Mr. Wicks is leaving the Company to pursue an opportunity with his former employer, United Healthcare. With the departure of Mr. Wicks, operations, sales and marketing will report directly to William D. Zollars, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) Tuesday said President and Chief Operating Officer Tim Wicks has resigned and will return to former employer United Healthcare, the Associated Press reported. Wicks held the YRC posts for less than seven months. Sheila Taylor is to succeed Wicks. YRC, a trucking company, is based in Overland Park, Kan.

If he's headed back to United Healthcare that means he's done stealing from us and getting ready to steal for big healthcare. With the health care reform done now, their gonna need all hands on deck to grab as much cash as they can. That, and I'm guessing, it might be just a little more stable over there

Looks like he was there just long enough to collect his $800,000.00 dollar bonus. If the old guy here remembers right didn't he get like $400,000.00 and then was to receive the other half in just a few months later.

you are right... I kinda figured he would be going after he got that bonus...One of the conditions of the bonus was a no competition clause in the language. When he would leave he could not go to work for any other trucking competitor. The writing was on the wall then I knew he would be leaving.
