A board has to vote on matters for the company, but there's a general direction that a leader suggests.

I heard YRC was giving up! LOL the rumors people spread, he is a friend of mine he said he heard that but he will stick with what he learns from me as gospel. As for the new Board look out PENSION, something will definitly change. Accepted that already though just save the health and welfare!
