He will probably end up at UPS Freight! Heck we hired a TM for Palatine IL from Conway last month so I wouldn't be surprised to see your bane of existence show up at my house!
Someone PM me his name so I can keep an eye out!

Morale and production? I don't think these managers know what that is and how to obtain it. They are trying to justify their employment. They can't manage so what else is left?

Remember the "old school" foreman? They gave us our work assignments then got the hell out of the way. That was back in the days when we moved more freight in an 8 hour shift than these dumb arse managers could accomplish in a day.

Our best boss leaned on the desk like this maytag man. He knew his job well. He set up the runs and did it well. He had run ins long ago and knew it was unproductive. If their was a problem with freight fitting or freight needed to be moved from one run to And hardly any union guy had a problem with him...
He set uo the runs and positioned himself like the Maytag man and played video games on his cell phone all night unless we needed him because something wasn't fitting...but he's gone...Pyle got him.....Thanks Mr. Zollars,
Now everybody watches each other and attitudes abound. letters and grievances are higher than before.
