Why is it the YRC roadmen drive slow are they getting paid by the hr? Or r there loads really heavy? Every nite I'm blowing there doors off! And there trucks r just as fast as New Penn, and sometimes even faster.

Maybe they are just too scared to go any faster in a truck with a gazillion miles on it?

I was driving up I 95 through Conn this week and a New Penn truck came flying up on me in a 45 mph construction zone.I was doing 45 and he almost whacked me in the back. When he went around me he waved his hands at me like I did something. What's that all about.
Cops up there don't mess around.
Not putting New Penn down here, just saying what happened.

The line does not have assigned tractors in Salt Lake City but the majority of city and shortline drivers do. We bid them once a year. That sweet ride of mine has a million four on her.
