Default Press here to not open.

Let me express right now that this is my position and hopefully I would think is the majority thought and conscious thought. The M.O.U. Should not be opened at this time. If the signature's and the date's are changed, that would be a go. If the intent here is to renegotiate then the expiration date of 2015 would be the time for this kind of move.

Thanks for the like 222 used to be there with Rusty and Ralph. Just trying to keep it real. The company will come in with a wand with a star on the end and twirl it around as if to be magical and hope of mine is that Jimmy brings a big stick. The time is now to address all issues. You look deep inside to the root. I think there is envy of the A.B.F deal eliminating the joint council hearings. There are solutions with panels and people involved, most of people are proactive. The big stick is not 25000 people here that could lose their jobs, it is 25000 people working here and producing here and looking in a forward direction. Sideways and swivel headed will not work.

Btw, I am sure you know Ralph retired right after the UPS agreement. His words were,"They just put the last nail in our coffins." Rusty just announced his also.

Plus lets remember that this was what the banks wanted. They said do this and we will finance your company. The teamsters said ok. So wtf, we gave them what they wanted. How about they hold up their end of the deal !
