Default Dissect till you get it right.

The NMFA has been dissected and now the M.O.U. Dissected for votes. Only my opinion, looking at the shinny new prop, the regionals are excluded from outsource and the city workers face no wage freeze. Very good. Cut to the bone for votes. My question is while the dissection is happening, why no 26, 27, 28, percent of pension being offered? Foolish question. The vacation for road drivers was at 60 hours for a week for six single days. The new agreement calls for 1/58 on full weeks only between March and October? Please help clarify. Red circle, from what I understand has always been a bone of contention with U.PS. The M.O.B. As far as the health costs are good. Maintenance of benefits is M.O.B. The 9000 lb elephant in the room is Yellow- Roadway, it is obvious and sickening, and point taken--with the obvious contention in the current carved out agreement.

New language added for service areas. Company can close YRC Freight terminals and outsource all P & D work outside 50 mile radius of closed terminal OR runs that company deems "unprofitable". This is not a UNION contract

I forgot to mention the Utility Driver language, it is there already in the Master Agreement. Why is that a big deal? And as a Steward the final step is there, I have told brothers and sisters that it is not the last time you missed work, it is the last nine times you missed work is the reason you are fired. The committee will decide, and the union is there for your personal situations, that is how it should be! Communication is key, I am personally very uplifted by the company proposal for a verbal warning, that to me is movement in the direction needed.

This is the Western Agreement on absenteeism. We have been dealing with it for some time.

Reddaway already outsources and has for some time now so we are by no means excluded, our Fontana Terminal looks like a Pilot Truck Stop at night, one main reason they joined the Brotherhood.
