Default Clocking in change in CA?

Has any barn from California had to change there clocking in procedures lately because of some apparent law that is now being enforced. Or is this just a YRC only enforcement?

Are you talking about thumb or ring finger clock in?
Here at Nature's Best when working local, you clock in with left hand thumb or the ring finger

No it's about you can only click in 5 minutes before your bid time, if you do clock in earlier you must sign a time deduction authorization for the extra minutes outside the 5 minutes. If you don't it considered an infraction, and we know where that leads...

Never heard of that one. They do ask us to refrain from clocking in more than 30 minutes early if you're not scheduled for an "early start" outside your bid start time. Our members can work 7 days a week if they wish and have HOS to do so. They pre book before clocking out for the day.
