Default Option traders suspect a move !

The market is a fickle thing. I remember hearing all the analysts predicting a quick demise of YRC years ago while I was still working.
Last I checked, still here and operating.
Anyway, take this for what's it's worth.

Do Options Traders Know Something About YRC Worldwide (YRCW) Stock We Don't?
Investors in YRC Worldwide Inc. YRCW need to pay close attention to the stock based on moves in the options market lately. That is because the Oct 18, 2019 $5.00 Call had some of the highest implied volatility of all equity options today.
Implied volatility shows how much movement the market is expecting in the future. Options with high levels of implied volatility suggest that investors in the underlying stocks are expecting a big move in one direction or the other. It could also mean there is an event coming up soon that may cause a big rally or a huge sell-off. However, implied volatility is only one piece of the puzzle when putting together an options trading strategy.
Clearly, options traders are pricing in a big move for YRC Worldwide shares, but what is the fundamental picture for the company?

    I missed the article date.
But something was buzzing that YRC was gonna close 20 some terminals by September....or the end of September..and the paranoid buzz said it equalled New Penn's terminals...but some of them have already begun sharing terminals I think.......who knows what's true or what they're ever up to? I let a lot of it go in one ear and out the other...most never happen...about 99% of them.
A YRC big shot came to visit us from Columbus a few weeks back...He told us in a morning talk that there were no plans to get rid of us. YRC still wants to keep the New Penn brand and they were gonna look at how we could start picking up profits again by looking closer at the freight or something like that.
