What really jerk me off, is when I've heard that there's some Drivers who dare to cross picket line, that's ashame.

Always a few of those types my friend, employers know it and prey on it. I told my fellow brothers and sisters to remember the only raise they had in the recycling plant prior to ratification was the government mandated minimum wage increase in Ontario. These poor guys went 5 years with no raise at all...stuck at minimum.

Well my friends that still work at cmf, still don't have any pay raise since 2003, that's a long way. But that's theirs decision as they reject the Union Teamsters by 3 votes. Sad, very sad:-(
