    Since Black Rock and Vanguard own major shares in most all companies....ya might figure this stuff comes from them.
    A And if it does, and diversity is so important, and they own corporations with facilities worldwide......,I'm kinda wondering if they are pushing diversity in their Chinese and Indian and Israeli, and African facilities......



    My hunch is that they only do it in the western influenced nations.

    Discriminating again.

    Gee......what a surprise of who they discriminate against worldwide.

    The white European, Christian nations.

      is the diversity and immigration ideology being pushed in their facilities?

      And we wonder why white Christian nationalism is on the rise?
      Don't wonder.
      Because they aren't pushing diversity and immigration anywhere but the nations which had major European Christian ancestry.

            ​​​​​A Minneapolis teachers union contract stipulates that white teachers will be laid off or reassigned before “educators of color” in the event Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) needs to reduce staff.

            After the Minneapolis Federation of Teachers (MFT) and MPS struck a deal on March 25 to end a 14-day teacher strike, the two sides drew up and ratified a new collective bargaining agreement complete with various proposals.

            One of the proposals dealt with “educators of color protections.” The agreement states that if a non-white teacher is subject to excess, MPS must excess a white teacher with the “next least” seniority.

            “Starting with the Spring 2023 Budget Tie-Out Cycle, if excessing a teacher who is a member of a population underrepresented among licensed teachers in the site, the District shall excess the next least senior teacher, who is not a member of an underrepresented population,” the agreement reads.

            According to the United Federation of Teachers, “excessing” means “reducing staff in a particular school when there is a reduction in the number of available positions in a title or license area in that school.”

            The agreement adds that non-white teachers, as well as those working in various programs, “may be exempted from district-wide layoff[s] outside seniority order.” The agreement also prioritizes the reinstatement of teachers from “underrepresented populations” over white teachers

                Hey,I have a novel idea,let's solve discrimination by instituting discrimination!!!!....How about instead we try ''Merit System''...Don't tie it to RACE...Base it on student scores on standardized tests...Teachers who students do well...'STAY'....Teachers who students do poorly...'GO'...

                This is just another coddle to a ''specific'' segment of society who persistently underperform but don't seem to care or even want to do better...I believe it will guarantee another lowering of the educational product,not only in Minneapolis,but around the rest of the U.S. as well,if this is implemented as the rule,rather then the exception....Meaning...Student knowledge and preparation for life!!!!....When Woke wins,ALL Americans of every Race,Creed,and Color....''LOSE''!!!!!

                Students do NOT need educators who look like them and who they can relate to...They need educators who are competent in teaching the subject material(math,english,history,biology,civics,etc.) ...I've had excellent teachers that didn't look anything like me and some lousy ones that were in my same demographic...The reason the US is falling behind the rest of the world in academics is exactly this sort of ''political correct BS mind-set''

                Put a job performance system in place that rewards and pays teachers based on SKILL and COMPETENCE in their subject matter,and NOT any other NON-ACADEMIC factor!!!!
