A Pennsylvania man was sentenced to five years probation after he admitted to illegally casting his dead mother’s ballot for former president Donald Trump during the 2020 presidential election.
Bruce Bartman, 70, provided an allocution in front of Delaware County Court of Common Pleas Judge George Pagano during a Friday hearing. Bartman apologized for his conduct and pleaded guilty to two counts of perjury and one count of unlawful voting.
“I was isolated last year in lockdown,” the defendant told the court in proceedings originally reported by The Philadelphia Inquirer. “I listened to too much propaganda and made a stupid mistake.”

Four people, including justice of the peace, arrested on 150 counts of voter fraud

An area Justice of the Peace has been arrested and accused of election fraud, along with three other people.
Medina County, Texas Justice of the Peace Tomas Ramirez was arrested Feb. 11 after a Bandera Grand Jury indicted him and three others two days prior.
Ramirez, a Republican, is facing one count of organized election fraud, one count of assisting voter voting ballot by mail and 17 counts of unlawful possession of a ballot or ballot envelope.

Texas official and 3 others indicted on 134 felonies in mail-in ballot fraud case

KILGORE, Texas (KTRK) -- With top Republicans, including the president, bringing up claims of fraud involving voting-by-mail, indictments announced Thursday against a Democratic county commissioner in East Texas appear to bolster those accusations.

The office of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced 134 felony charges were filed against Gregg County Commissioner Shannon Brown and three co-defendants in connection to an alleged vote harvesting scheme involving a Democratic primary in 2018.

According to Paxton's office, Brown and others targeted "young, able-bodied" voters to cast ballots by mail by fraudulently claiming the voters were "disabled," in most cases without the voters' knowledge or consent. The indictments claim this was done to increase the pool of ballots needed to swing the race in Brown's favor.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Prosecutors have filed a felony election fraud charge against Vanderburgh County Democratic Party activist Jan Reed, who was accused last month of illegally sending hundreds of absentee ballot applications with instructions leaving voters no choice but to participate in her party's June 2 primary election.

Elections officials said Reed didn't stop sending the illegal mailings even after being warned by them and by the local Democratic Party to stop.

Reed apparently did not cooperate with the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office investigation that yielded Monday's probable cause affidavit. The document states, "Janet Reed was contacted and refused to provide an interview regarding her involvement in this case."

A 55-year old woman in Iowa has been arrested and charged with voter fraud after she allegedly cast two ballots for presidential candidate Donald Trump.
Terri Rote, from Des Moine, was charged with Election Misconduct, a Class D felony, for her actions. Strangely enough, she attempted to defend her actions by declaring that “the polls are rigged.”
