Drivers agency's

Drivers agency's are plague in the trucking industry.

In Québec they do control about 65-70% of the market. As there's no regulation, they can almost what they want; miserable working conditions and very low salary. They are very very hard to organised. Most of the time it is all temporary works, but sometime the tamporary goes for years without any recognition for years of services, or vacation.

Carriers do like them as they have no direct link with the Drivers, wich mean lower theirs cost of operation still on the back of Drivers.

I write an article about that with help of 2 friends. It in french, but there's a translator tool in the right column.
