Re: Sam Brownback’s failed ‘experiment’ puts state on path to penury
It's surprising how much truth there may be to this statement.
People must remember that the Republicans think that 'EDUCATION' is the pathway to being a Liberal, not surprisingly they would 'CUT' money for Education. As long as Republicans can keep potential voters Uneducated,it ups their chances for re-election in the future.
Thanks for that quote wizard.
Propaganda, lies and even half truths are all in the political playbook. Keep them dumbed up, filled with lies and deceit and the masses will follow their leaders like the pied piper.

A Brief History of How Kansas Republicans Destroyed Their State
To watch this unfold is truly amazing. What was he thinking???
In 2012, Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback launched a "real live experiment" in conservative governance.
He slashed income taxes for top earners and eliminated them for more than 330,000 small businesses, promising the cuts would be "a shot of adrenaline into the heart of the Kansas economy." Instead, the result has been disastrous. By the end of 2015, the state had lost nearly $3 billion in revenue and was behind most other states in job growth. And when the courts challenged the constitutionality of the bare-bones budgets, Brownback and his allies launched an all-out war on the state's judges.

It's all about paying their fair share. Taxes are a necessity to keep the wheels turning. Give the rich a break and screw the rest. Brownback should consult Christie on what NOT to do.
