The TPP, here in eastern Canada, seem to not worry much the peoples. There's even some peoples who haven't heard about-it so far. WOW!

I know that in the USA, it is way much different. There's a movement call "Stop the fast track TPP".

I do hope that there been a similar movement here, but so far not much. Even in the local Union, not many peoples aware! Strange!

So anyway, I write an article about-it, hoping that someone will ever wake-up, before it get too late.

Will also try thru internet to reach contact with Union in the other country involved with the TPP.

I don't think that here in North America, we need another Nafta negative impact on workers!

The fast track TPP is a take it or leave it, can't amend it non-negotiable deal. Congress gets a yes or no vote on it but cannot change a sentence in it. Like Obamacare we have to pass it to see what's in it

For the United States, it probably wouldn't wipe out as many jobs as critics fear or create as many as supporters predict. Peter Petri, professor of international finance at Brandeis University, has estimated that the impact on U.S. jobs would probably be minimal: Jobs created by expanded access to Asia-Pacific markets would likely be offset by jobs lost to increased competition.

You mean no more communist unions. Vietnam is still communistic but they realize if they were more capitalistically inclined they would agree to independent unions maybe even a UAW union in exchange for a deal to sell their good stuff to US consumers. If communist Vietnam is willing to do that and agreed to IPP rules TPP has to be a good thing but we have to pass it first to see what's in it. Ain't that right Nancy?
