I am not talking about entering illegally. A very unique situation. I don't fully understand it yet.

I do believe the constitution has provisions. Should we take these rights away? Our system created the problems for the young woman I spoke of.

I know of no provisions for illegal immigrants who come here illegally, if this woman you speak of hasn't or can't update her visa then she becomes an illegal immigrant and must go back to her country of origin or evade the law like some do. What Constitutional Provisions are you talking about?

People trying to escape an impoverished life. Starving. Afraid. Do we help them? Maybe the answer is much deeper.

I don't think there is an easy fix. Especially when I see homeless all over the streets here. But at the same time, there is the human compassion equation that you just cannot ignore either. Well, at least some of us can't. It is a really tough social and moral problem with no easy answers.
