To follow up my last post about the republicans holding their ground ... well some know there is a very real possibility they will lose in November and have said they may confirm Mr. Merrick after the elections ... if they lose.

Republican senators on Thursday raised the possibility they would confirm Barack Obama's Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland before the U.S. president leaves office in January if Democrats retain the White House in the Nov. 8 election.
Republicans are concerned that if Hillary Clinton, Obama's former secretary of state and the Democratic front-runner, wins the presidential election, she could send the Senate a far more liberal nominee after taking office.

Smart move. And here I didn't think any republicans actually thought that far in advance.

Merrick Garland is a Conservative on Economic Issues,always Ruling on the side of Corporations and Wall St.,but is sometimes Liberal when it comes to Social Issues.In other words,the ''SAME'' as Obama and Hillary.This guy was a Corporate Defense Attorney who worked for the Firm that was ''FOREVER'' Defending Big Tobacco!!This is the ''LAST GUY'' who should be deciding anything.These are just the type of people who need to be ''ROOTED OUT'' of Office,not ''PUT IN''.

So let's not,for just once,bring forward a Highly Respected Defense Attorney that has ''FOUGHT''for the ''PEOPLE'' All His or Her Life when we can bring in ''ANOTHER CORPORATE HACK'' with a High IQ.
