Re: Sanders: DNC vetoed union leader pick for platform committee
When I heard that Obama worked out the TPP without any union involvement you can now see where our Democrat leaders are headed...sort of.
I see it as not just a socialism /communism for just us that their big heads envision....but a spreading of all wealth from the workers of all advanced nations to the world.
I see it heading towards a worldwide socialism /communism. One where all the workers of the world profit very little...but a very tiny oligarchy profits very very much.
When they convince us to embrace it all willingly....we will all slave our lives away for nothing. The

Re: Sanders: DNC vetoed union leader pick for platform committee
Democrats Should Listen a Lot More to Labor
Yes they should. Seems Bernie is the only one listening! Great article.
“We want a better America, an America that will give its citizens, first of all, a higher and higher standard of living so that no child will cry for food in the midst of plenty.”
So said Sidney Hillman, the president of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America (ACWA) and co-founder of the Congress of Industrial Relations, who defined the relationship between organized labor and the “New Deal” Democratic Party of the 1930s and 1940s. The relationship was beneficial to both, as union membership expanded exponentially and the Democrats secured the greatest and steadiest victories in their history. And the relationship was close, so close that when the party was selecting a vice-presidential nominee in 1944, President Franklin Roosevelt reportedly said, “Clear it with Sidney.”
Labor leaders—those who have endorsed Clinton, those who have endorsed Sanders and those who have endorsed no one at all—bring a vital vision to policy debates about industrial relations and much, much more. That vision is every bit as relevant today as it was when New Deal Democrats and their union allies were on the march.

You do not understand Capitalism, Democratic Socialism, Socialism or Communism, still haven't read the "Communist Manifesto" have you? It is the Capitalist that have moved your jobs over-seas, you, especially, you the UNION worker cost too much, Capitalism is all about profits, labor is the highest cost for most companies, reduce labor costs increase profits, thats why your jobs have been moved over-seas, you want to work for nothing, they will come back and the Capitalist are working on that, just look at the decline of Union membership, and just listen to what non-union workers think of Unions, the Corporate Media controlling their thoughts, the 1% own the media "The Capitalist".
What Bernie is truly trying to do is make "America" a "Democracy", a word most Capitalist consider "Radical" and if you do your home work the "Capitalist" (Corporations) have been getting Government hand-outs since the start of America. Capitalist loves big government as long as it works for them, they the Capitalist (an the Republican Party, the Banker Party) only have had a problem with Big Government when it started working for the working man and poor.......

Just something for you all to think about, here's a quote by Eugene Debs.......
"It is better to vote for what you want and not get it than to vote for what you don't want and get it."

I'd put this link with the above to see where things come from and what underlies belief systems.
Socialist, Communist, Zionist, Freemasons, Protestant Freemasons, Jewish Freemasons......Jews in.general.
All had very good reason to undermine the Church.....and alot of them historically and today, seek ways to undermine and override Her with their own beliefs.
The Church supports unions in the Labor and Capital letter above and in others....but LEOXIII opposed socialism in the same letter.

World's Muslim Population Will Surpass Christians This Century, Pew Says : The Two-Way : NPR
One more link of caution to those who want total democracy in the world.
The soon to be most populous group worldwide, once given equal say in the world would most probably put an end to democracy with their equal vote.

Re: Sanders: DNC vetoed union leader pick for platform committee
The GOP has disliked Trump due to things such as his stance on social security. He won't get rid of it but says he'll make it better.
There was a capitalism which existed before Reagan and the Bush takeover of the GOP. And it wasn't so free trade.
