Fxstc07, your correct and I agree with you. Most of the agencies have their hands tied because of regulations put in place from the Obama administration.. Biggest problem I see is the agencies do not work together until after an event has occurred.. FBI never even notified the local police that the guy was under investigation.. Trump says he is gonna talk to the NRA but I doubt they will change and IMO Trump doesn't want to lose their endorsement..
We all agree something has to be done but no one has the answer.. The Democrats run bills out that include having the manufacturer responsible for a mass shooting like they are trying to do in CT after the Sandy Hook shootings.. When we we get responsible politicians in Washington..

Hanging liability on gun manufacturers in a shooting is wrong. They didn't fire the gun. Something I failed to touch on earlier in this conversation. Including language detrimental to the preservation of our second amendment rights in a bill will never become law. These gun grabbers should have learned that by now through decades of past failures. All it does is ruin any chance of a sensible measure gaining traction. It pisses me off to no end how these aholes waste time and our money. Fire them all Trump.

I don't agree with the liability issue either.
However, as long as we have a litigious society, filled with lawyers, that will continue.

I doubt that since TORT reform has never been addressed by the Washington politicians either. Most are lawyers and they wouldn't want to hurt their chances for one of those big lawsuits to land in the pockets of their friends.

Sure but just add this and you have my vote otherwise it's a no vote..This is why nothing gets done and this Congress has the worst rating on record with an approval rate of less than ten percent ..
