That would be a tough one to explain...

It seems that some of the media can't even get the facts straight when reporting about this...

Here are the ones that mainly say the truck hit the train...

And here are the ones that mainly say the train hit the truck...

The smart ones who couldn't verify who hit who simply said that a train and an 18 wheeler collided. All I can say is that some are going around spreading misinformation and politics aren't even involved... just bad reporting.

You think that is bad?? Back in the 70's there was a small airport near Whitestone NY.. It was right next to the Whitestone Expressway and there was a small plane that just hit the top of a tractor trailer and the truck flipped on it's side.. If I remember right the truck was empty.. No dash board cams back then but there were plenty on eye witnesses..

I know that I sure wouldn't want to try and explain this if it turns out to be true...

Hospital: SUV Carrying 27 Crashes With Semi, Killing 15

A semitruck Tuesday crashed into an SUV believed to be carrying 27 people on a Southern California highway, killing 15 people and leaving others injured, hospital officials said. Judy Cruz, director of El Centro Regional Medical Center's emergency department, said 14 people died at the scene, which is about 11 miles north of the U.S.-Mexico border, and another died after arriving at the hospital.

Hospital officials believe 27 people were in an SUV that collided with a tractor-trailer full of gravel on a highway in the agricultural southeastern corner of California, about 100 miles east of San Diego.California Highway Patrol Officer Jake Sanchez, who was on his way to the crash site, said the SUV was a Ford Expedition that would typically seat eight to nine people legally.

He said the SUV had stopped at an intersection and then drove "directly in the path of the big rig" around 6:15 a.m. PT. The semitruck struck the left side of the SUV, which appeared to have been pushed off the road.

Multiple patients were sent to hospitals for their injuries, including four flown to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, spokesman Todd Burke said. Three were in intensive care, he said. The truck driver received minor injuries.

Macario Mora, a spokesman for Customs and Border Protection in Yuma and El Centro, said the Border Patrol was helping other law enforcement with the crash. He said the immigration status of those in the SUV was unknown and being investigated.

"It was an unusual number of people in an SUV, but we don't know who they were," Mora said, adding they could have been farmworkers.

I wonder how fast the media will blame Joe Biden for this crash.. Evidently it was his relaxing the border that led to it..

ICE conducting human smuggling investigation after deadly crash in California

Most of those who died in the crash were Mexicans, an official said

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced Tuesday that agents are conducting a human smuggling investigation and were at the scene of a devastating crash in California that left at least 13 people dead, according to the agency.

The investigation was announced after human smugglers and 25 illegal immigrants jammed into a single SUV, which collided with a big rig and left bodies scattered across a roadway near the U.S. Mexico border on Tuesday, a Border Patrol source told Fox News.

"Special agents from Homeland Security Investigations San Diego responded ... and have initiated a human smuggling investigation," ICE said in a statement.

Police arrived to find some of the passengers trying to crawl out of the crumpled 1997 Ford Expedition -- which normally seats eight -- while others were wandering around the nearby fields. Officials added that the SUV's back seats were removed to create more space for passengers.

California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers found 12 people dead at the scene. Another person died at a local hospital, authorities said. The remaining eight victims with injuries were transported to local hospitals.

"It was a pretty chaotic scene," said CHP Chief Omar Watson.

Mexican consulate personnel confirmed that at least 10 of the people killed in the crash were Mexicans, according to a tweet from Roberto Velasco, director of North American affairs for Mexico’s Foreign Relations Department.

Those in the vehicle ranged from 15 to 53 years old, officials said. Authorities are still working to confirm the nationality of three individuals, reports said.

I'm just glad he was coherent enough when he went to get out of the truck because that first step would have been a doozy.
