UN Helping Biden Bring Trump-deported Illegals Back to America

The Biden administration is being aided by the United Nations in its effort to bring previously deported migrants back into the United States to have their asylum cases adjudicated. Under the Trump administration, the Migrant Protection Protocols, also known as “Remain in Mexico,” required that foreign nationals who entered the country illegally be relocated to Mexico in order to await the resolution of their cases. Biden ended the program upon entering office. The Democrat instead wants would-be migrants in such circumstances brought back into the country, and the UN is helping him do it. “Hundreds of migrants signed up on Friday within hours of the launch of a U.N. website that allows migrants with active cases to register remotely to be processed at the U.S.-Mexico border,” reported Reuters. “The United States and the United Nations are evaluating the locations of migrants and costs associated with possible flights and land transportation within Mexico.”

According to the outlet, the United States, Mexico, and international organizations are attempting to devise ways to register migrants, transport them to the border, test them for the coronavirus, and “get them to their U.S. destinations.” The Biden administration has even considered paying for flights to bring migrants back into the country. Dana Graber Ladek, chief of mission for the UN’s International Organization for Migration in Mexico, said that “Nothing is in place yet. Right now we’re still exploring all of the possibilities.” Biden’s policies have led to a growing number of unaccompanied minors crossing the country’s southern border.

Reports from U.S. Customs and Border protection officials also show an increase in the number of unaccompanied alien children crossing the southern border. Border Patrol agents apprehended 5,871 unaccompanied minors in January 2021, up from 4,995 in December 2020 and 3,076 in January 2020. Shelters for illegal-alien minors are running out of space, per the Wall Street Journal. Mark Greenberg, a senior fellow at the Migration Policy Institute, told the Journal, “They’ve seen very large growth in a very short period of time. The closer you get to 100% capacity, the harder the system is to manage.” Biden took a number of steps to move his immigration agenda forward immediately upon entering office. In his first day in the White House, he halted construction of the Wall, gutted President Trump’s travel ban, and placed a 100-day moratorium on deportations (although a federal judge indefinitely blocked the latter).

Democrats have introduced Biden’s amnesty plan in Congress. If signed into law, the program would immediately give green cards to millions of illegal aliens considered farmworkers, as well as to those enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program and those who hold Temporary Protected Status (TPS). All other illegal aliens who do not fall into the above categories would be given TPS before being allowed to apply for a green card and eventually receive American citizenship within an eight-year period. Along with the amnesty would come increases to the number of immigrants allowed under visa categories, swelling the amount of legal immigration to the United States.

Amnesty has received support from the corporate wing of the Republican Party. Billionaire GOP mega-donor Charles Koch wrote in a recent op-ed that the two major parties should “come together” to give legal status for those who have broken federal immigration law to come into the country without permission.

Hey... we're sorry that Trump sent you guys back so please come back... we'll even pay to bring you back if you let us feed... clothe... educate... shelter and supply after your heallh care needs. All I can say that it's too bad that message wasn't directed to all the homeless veterans out there.

Doesn't anyone remain true to their oath of office and respect the Constitution in Washington these days??? A nation of over 330 million is standing by and watching just 535 and some odd POS (like Biden) destroy their country.

It's a government of "we the people"... not a government that controls "we the spineless people"!!!

Ted Cruz: ‘Criminals, Murderers, Rapists’ Entering on Biden’s ‘Most Radical Immigration Plan Proposed in History’

Sen. Ted Cruz issued a stunning rebuke on Thursday of President Joe Biden’s “most radical immigration plan any administration has ever proposed in history.”

“They have proposed allowing every single person who was deported from this country for the last four years to come back. And by the way,” Cruz explained, “they don’t make exceptions for criminals, for murderers, for rapists. I mean, it is utterly bizarre to have a federal administration refusing to enforce the law against violent criminals.”

Cruz noted, “And frankly, it makes, it makes our country more dangerous…”

“We are a nation of immigrants and there are wonderful people who come here and come here legally. There’s a right way to come,” the Texas senator said. “But today’s Democratic Party has been radicalized where they’re you know, they’re not even willing to enforce the law against violent criminals who are committing horrific crimes.”

On Wednesday, United States District Judge Drew B. Tipton granted the preliminary injunction, which prevents the Biden administration from implementing the deportation halt until the U.S. Southern District of Texas District Court, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, or the U.S. Supreme Court resolves the case.

Dale Wilcox with the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) said Tipton’s blockage of the deportation halt “should hold up on appeal” and called Biden’s memo a “bizarre and sinister attempt to shutter our entire immigration law enforcement system.”

More than 3K unaccompanied alien children being held in DHS custody

According to data released on Friday, the Department of Homeland Security is hosting nearly 4,000 unaccompanied migrant children. Reports showed more than 3,300 unaccompanied children and young adults were being held at the U.S.-Mexico border and more than 70 percent of them are expected to be released into the U.S. Meanwhile, Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials predicted a 20-year surge in illegal immigrants under the Biden administration. They expect 2021’s numbers to be 290 percent higher than those of 2020.

Illegal southern border crossings continue to surge under Joe Biden in the wake of his pledge to reverse many of the policies put in place by the Trump administration. According to an advanced copy of a Customs and Border Protection report obtained by Reuters, the Biden administration has apprehended roughly 100,000 illegal migrants who tried to cross the U.S.-Mexico border during the month of February. The preliminary figures showed that February had the highest monthly total of illegal migrants detained, which is a record that hasn’t been broken since a major border surge occurred back in February of 2006. The Department of Health and Human Services said as of Friday, the growing number of unaccompanied children puts pressure on the department-run shelters and that more space is needed.

In order to combat the growing number of migrants, the Biden administration has reportedly considered housing migrant children at Fort Lee, an army base in Virginia. Meanwhile, House Democrats have tried to push two amnesty bills, which would provide millions of illegal immigrants pathways to citizenship. On Wednesday, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell condemned the Democrats’ amnesty agenda and warned the legislation poses a threat to American lives.“We’re not just talking about the fine details of border policy,” McConnell said. “The big backdrop behind this whole discussion is the sweeping left-wing amnesty plan that the Biden administration unveiled before they were even sworn in. They want to fast-track 11 million illegal immigrants into temporary legal status, give them green cards and then full citizenship.”

He also criticized the Biden administration for dismantling President Trump’s strong border policies, stating the border crisis will only continue to grow. “Republicans just spent four years making major headway on the security and humanitarian crises on our border,” McConnell added. “The American people would be better served if the Biden administration had chosen to build on this progress, instead of rapidly trying to tear it down.” Democrats are hoping their majority in the House will usher the bills through to a vote, but they are likely to be under heavy scrutiny if they reach the Senate.

Gov. Abbott Deploys Texas National Guard, State Troopers to Counter Biden’s ‘Open Border Policies’

Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced the deployment of the state’s National Guard and State Troopers to respond to the growing border crisis.

Governor Abbott announced Operation Lone Star “to combat the smuggling of people and drugs into Texas” on Saturday. The operation will integrate the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) with the National Guard, Abbott said. He is ordering the deployment of air, ground, marine, and tactical border security assets to high threat areas.

“The crisis at our southern border continues to escalate because of Biden Administration policies that refuse to secure the border and invite illegal immigration,” the governor said in a written statement Saturday evening. “Texas supports legal immigration but will not be an accomplice to the open border policies that cause, rather than prevent, a humanitarian crisis in our state and endanger the lives of Texans. We will surge the resources and law enforcement personnel needed to confront this crisis.”

Abbott issued the deployment order following a meeting with Texas DPS Director Colonel Steve McCraw. The two discussed strategies to increase safety and security along the border.

The announcement follows a massive increase in illegal border crossings since President Joe Biden took office in January.

Earlier this week, Democrat Congressman Henry Cuellar (D-TX) announced that Border Patrol agents apprehended approximately 10,000 migrants in the Rio Grande Valley Sector during a seven-day period ending on Wednesday, Breitbart Texas reported.

“We are weeks, maybe even days, away from a crisis on the southern border. Inaction is simply not an option,” Congressman Cuellar said in a written statement. “Our country is currently unprepared to handle a surge in migrants in the middle of the pandemic.”

In Brownsville, Texas, city officials said that six percent of the migrants being released at the bus station to obtain transportation into the U.S. interior are testing positive for COVID-19, Breitbart Texas reported. The Brownsville official said they do not have the authority to prevent those who test positive from boarding buses to travel into the U.S. interior. A worker at the bus station told Fox News they cannot ask passengers for proof of coronavirus test results before transit. Cuellar added, “I urge the Biden Administration to listen and work with the communities on the southern border who are dealing with the surge of migrants.”

The news from Texas is not really good .. bet the lefties on here are proud of this humane act by Joe Biden to open the borders..

Quarter of Migrants Dumped in Texas Border Town Have COVID-19

About 25% of the migrants dropped off in a Texas border town tested positive for coronavirus, according to the director of the homeless shelter where Border Patrol agents are releasing the illegal immigrants they are catching, The Washington Times reported on Monday.

Shelter director Bill Reagan told a recent Harlingen City Commission meeting that there is not much that can be done, explaining, “We can’t quarantine them. Even though they test positive, they’re going to leave the next day. They’re going to get on the bus or the airplane, and they’re gone.”

The migrant surge, as well as the difficulties dealing with it, especially with the coronavirus, is occurring in other such border communities, with NBC News reporting similar circumstances in Brownsville, Texas.

Local officials in Arizona told The Washington Times that they don't have the capacity to test the migrants for COVID-19 or house them, and nonprofit groups were either not equipped or also did not have that capacity.

Reagan said that, in any case, the testing itself “is really almost useless because these folks have been in detention together, they’ve been in close quarters under difficult circumstances for weeks sometimes, they’ve been brought together on the bus. Some folks who test negative may have recently been exposed.”

The Biden administration has downplayed coronavirus risks related to the migrant surge and has refused to label the sharp rise in the number of illegal immigrants a “crisis,” instead calling it a “challenge.”

And from Arizona.. More covid infected illegals..

Arizona Hospital Worker Says Nearly All of New COVID Cases are Illegal Aliens

A recent caller to the Garret Lewis show in Tucson says nearly all of the new COVID cases in the local hospital are illegal aliens.

After his inauguration, Joe Biden immediately opened the US southern border to illegal migrants and fake refugees.

Eric’s wife is a nurse at Banner Hospital and says the hospital’s COVID ward had been empty over the past month but recently has filled up with non-English speaking COVID patients. Interesting timing as the illegal immigrants are welcomed into Pima County. The County will use this to show an increase in COVID and continue to lockdown our businesses.

'This is the Biden border crisis': Tom Cotton slams 'amoral' policies from new administration

Cotton said that Democrats are turning detention centers into 'reception centers'

Sen. Tom Cotton R-Ark. slammed the 'Biden border crisis" on Monday, saying that "amoral" policies put immigrants at risk and continue to build pressure at the border.

On "Fox & Friends," Cotton said that the Biden administration is turning detention centers into "reception centers," and accused Democrats of not believing in borders.

Cotton also said that Biden and the Democrats do not believe there is a crisis at the border, calling the surge in migrant activity a "feature," not a bug of left-wing policies.

All this is going to do is it’s going to build more and more pressure at the border as more and more people make the very dangerous journey across Mexico to get into our country. And how is this the moral and virtuous thing to do? The Biden administration is essentially saying if you're willing to make that long, dangerous journey, if you're willing to put your life at risk or your kids' life at risk, we'll put you in...

Exclusive: Biden Admin Restricts Senior DHS Officials from Sharing Border Crisis Info with Reporters

A senior-level law enforcement source in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) told Breitbart Texas they received verbal orders from within the agency limiting their ability to speak freely about the growing crisis along the border. The official with knowledge of the restrictions spoke under the condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to speak on the matter. “The situation with media relations now is night and day compared to the last administration, The official said. 'We have been advised not to speak on immigration issues at the border and to rely on DHS’s Office of Public Affairs and the Whitehouse Press Office to handle messaging.”

The verbal order applies to senior law enforcement leaders within DHS and has no formal expiration date. It comes as the administration is struggling to manage the growing crisis caused by changes in border security and immigration policies leading to a spike in illegal crossings at the border. As local communities along the border continue to grapple with the release of migrants into their communities, the administration is facing criticism even amongst their own ranks, Breitbart reported.

U.S. Representative Henry Cuellar (D-TX) said in a recent interview on the Fox News Channel, “I can tell you this, those numbers of people that are being released, they’re purposely withholding that information.” 'I now know that they’re bringing people from McAllen over to Laredo, processing them in Laredo, and they’re going to release them in my community,” the Laredo congressman said. “I’ve seen this before, don’t let the local communities know what you’re doing, where they’re starting to bring people in from the valley, process them in Laredo, release them at a bus station. And, again, I’ve seen this before in the past.”

The verbal order delivered through DHS channels is designed to prevent senior leaders from shedding light on the immigration situation that currently plagues the administration. On Saturday, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and Biden’s director of the Domestic Policy Council, Susan Rice, visited several Texas cities to see the situation along the border first hand.Members of the press were not allowed to be present during the delegation’s visit to Border Patrol stations and a Health and a Human Services unaccompanied children’s detention facility.

According to the source familiar with the media restrictions, the DHS Secretary’s delegation prohibited media presence simply to prevent the imagery of overcrowded facilities from circulating.

AZ Border Agent: Illegal Immigration Has ‘Already Surpassed’ 2018, on Track to Top Past 3 Years Combined

As the Biden administration attempts to make immigration a major priority, including reforming Trump-era policies, all eyes are being drawn to the southern border.

John Modlin, the interim chief patrol agent for the Border Patrol’s Tuscon Sector, suggested that illegal border crossings in his area are on the rise in a recent interview on “Full Measure with Sharyl Attkisson.”

“So right now we’re about a hundred percent over where we were this time this last fiscal year. We’ve already surpassed — in the first four months of this fiscal year we’ve already surpassed all of 2018. If the flow continues at the rate it is here, by the end of this fiscal year, we will have surpassed ‘18, ‘19 and ‘20 all combined,” Modlin said, specifically referencing the number of people who have been detained and later released.

Further, according to Attkisson, “in just the last four months, border officials have intercepted and expelled more than 296,000 illegal border crossers.”

Modlin noted that most people crossing the border illegally in the Tuscon area are coming by themselves.

Record Number Of Migrant Children Sitting In Biden's Border Patrol 'Cages'

A record number of migrant children are being kept in Border Patrol 'cages' as a surge in migrants continues to overwhelm the Biden administration's ability to keep up. As of Monday, as over 3,200 unaccompanied minors were reported in Border Patrol facilities, with nearly half being held beyond the legal three-day limit, according to CBS News, which added that the Office of Refugee Resettlement only has around 500 beds available near the southern border to handle the influx of children entering US custody.

According to government documents obtained by CBS News, nearly 1,400 unaccompanied minors had been held in Customs and Border Protection (CBP) holding facilities for more than three days as of Monday, despite the agency's legal obligation to transfer these children to shelters operated by the U.S. refugee agency within 72 hours of taking them into custody.

Nearly 170 unaccompanied children stuck in Border Patrol custody are under the age of 13, according to the CBP documents.

According to documents obtained by CBS News, there is an escalating 'humanitarian, logistical and political' crisis facing President Biden at the US-Mexico border - which Republicans blame on Biden's policies and immigration promises.Meanwhile, Biden has been using a Trump-era policy of rapidly expelling immigrants using a public health law, however they have shielded unaccompanied minors from the expulsions - resulting in the transfer of more than 7,000 children to US refugee agency shelters in February - a record high.

The Office of Refugee Resettlement tells CBS News that they are working "aggressively" to release migrant children into the custody of sponsors - typically family members residing in the United States.

On Friday, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) cited "extraordinary circumstances" and allowed shelters to return to pre-pandemic bed levels as long as they implement enhanced COVID-19 mitigation protocols.

Dear Jen 'No Crisis At The Border' Psaki - Watch This Clip!

You know it's bad when CNN is slamming Democrats...

In a somewhat combative press briefing today, CNN's Kaitlin Collins pressed White House press secretary Jen Psaki on why the Biden admin was refusing to address the "crisis" at the border (which everyone and their pet rabbit could have seen coming):

“The administration has refused to call it a crisis, instead referring to it as a challenge and saying what you call it doesn’t make a difference of how you’re responding to it, but now today there are over 3,700 children – unaccompanied migrant children – in border patrol custody,” Collins noted.

“They’re spending on average over 100 hours – four days – in these facilities that are jail-like facilities not meant for children, so how can you say that’s not a crisis?” she continued.
Psaki exclaimed that “it doesn’t matter what you call it” and referred to the situation as “an enormous challenge.”

“Our focus here is getting to the root of the issues and taking actions, and we don’t feel the need to play games with what it’s called,” Psaki ultimately said.

So, having tried the Jedi Mind Trick of convincing Americans that "this is not the border crisis you are looking for," we suggest Ms. Psaki take a look at the following clip that is rapidly going viral...

Biden's "humane" border policy in all its gory glory...

Mexico Worried Biden Encouraging So Much Illegal Immigration It’s Helping Organized Crime

Joe Biden is doing so much to encourage illegal immigration that even the government of Mexico is worried about the consequences. Per Reuters:

Mexico’s government is worried the new U.S. administration’s asylum policies are stoking illegal immigration and creating business for organized crime, according to officials and internal assessments seen by Reuters.

…“They see him as the migrant president, and so many feel they’re going to reach the United States,” Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said of Biden the morning after a virtual meeting with his U.S. counterpart on March 1.

“We need to work together to regulate the flow, because this business can’t be tackled from one day to the next.”

In fact, Mexico is now worrying that the wave of illegal immigrants moving through their country to get to America may cost THEM too much money and that numbers could spike even more once COVID-19 restrictions are dropped. The Cartels are also explaining to illegal immigrants how to manipulate America’s laughably lax immigration laws.

Communicating via social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube, smugglers update migrants on impending checkpoints, when freight trains they can jump on pass, where to stay and how to navigate immigration laws, the official added.

To ease their passage, smugglers advise Central American clients to register complaints with authorities saying they have been victims of extortion or, for young men, that they have faced death threats from street gangs, the assessments show.

And, as in previous years, migrants are being told to bring along children to make it easier to apply for asylum.
