I know some will feel the need to blast me over this post. I am posting my opinion, even though it's the opinion of others who specialize and were instructed and educated in the medical field.
Frankly, I am over the top pissed with how Trump is commenting ( or advising ! ) people to take doses of Hydroxychloroquine.
When will he stop with the deceit and lies and listen to the people that have been educated in the medical and science fields.
Maybe some people listen to the likes of Limburger and other Fuax snooze commentators all pushing the false, fake narrative that it's just the "flu" and a "hoax", which would have been the idiot Hannity. Clearly our uneducated and uninformed leader thinks these talking heads know more then the professionals.

Why I did I lay into this whole diatribe ?
Because I have been on Hydroxychloroquine for over 2 years. Prescribed long before any talk of this virus ever surfaced.
Before I was safely prescribed this medication, I went though a battery of tests, including a Pulmonary Function test twice, blood work multiple times, and two different eye exams to check for retinopathy. This is not something you just throw down your throat and hope for a magic cure. This is serious stuff !
Last year I started to develop some shortness of breathe and heart palpitation. Dizziness and loss of weight included.
My cardiologist did a complete work up and verified that I was "normal", whatever that means. My symptoms have subsided and I feel somewhat better.
I still am required to take my medication for my autoimmune issues. Now I am checked from every side and every angle.

So, we have a leader that thinks he knows more then a doctor. He doesn't. He's a blatant fool and an idiot for even saying something he has no clue about in the first place.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has abruptly switched its guidance for use of a drug touted by President Donald Trump as a possible treatment for COVID-19, dropping its reference to anecdotal dosages to say simply that there are no approved drugs for dealing with the disease.
The CDC's online advice for hydroxychloroquine was updated April 7, three days after Reuters reported that the CDC was offering what the news agency called "highly unusual guidance" for the drug's use based on "unattributed anecdotes rather than peer-reviewed science."
The updated, and shortened, guidance says simply that "hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine are under investigation in clinical trials” for use on coronavirus patients and "there are no drugs or other therapeutics approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to prevent or treat COVID-19."
The CDC originally told Reuters that the earlier guidance was crafted for doctors at the request of a White House coronavirus task force, which had urged prompt action.

Although health experts say that the data on the drug's effectiveness is extremely limited and that more study is needed, Trump said recently that “if it does work, it would be a shame we did not do it early.” He added: “But what do I know? I’m not a doctor.”
Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, has expressed skepticism over the drug, saying, “The data are really, just, at best, suggestive.”
“There have been cases that show there may be an effect, and there are others to show there's no effect," Fauci said on CBS's "Face the Nation. "So, I think in terms of science, I don't think we could definitively say it works.”

Seems you don't want anyone to use this drug.. But if it works then why not?? And again what would you say to the family of someone on a ventilator? No you can't use it because we are still studying it??

It seems you wouldn’t have a problem to use on someone kids or parents because it would be ok for them to be the Guinea pigs !
But let’s say hypothetically God forbid, would you be okay to use on your kids or wife?

If it was a life or death situation?? Absolutely.. My sons girlfriend has been on this drug for sometime.. No side affects .. And NO I am not one who pushes drugs on anyone .. But again if someone is on a ventilator and have run out of options would you deny them from having the drug?? Tell the family they are still doing a study??

Good news is my mom was already on the Zitromiacin....or whatever that Z drug is and her doctor gave her an extra months worth in case there's a shortage due to the virus.
