Judge dismisses Antrim County lawsuit that fueled Trump voter conspiracies
A Michigan judge on Tuesday rejected a lawsuit over the 2020 election, delivering yet another blow to ongoing conspiracies supported by former President Donald Trump and his supporters.
One week after Trump trumpeted the case as he continued to falsely claim widespread voter fraud caused his loss, 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer denied a bid for an independent audit of the Antrim County election results because Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office had already overseen official statewide audits and a local hand recount.
“There is no reason to do it twice,” Elsenheimer said as he ruled from the bench.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Antrim Co. Attorney Matthew DePerno Will Appeal Judge’s Decision To Dismiss Voter Fraud Case… Investigation Isn’t Limited To MI

Despite reaching out multiple times, constitutional attorney Matt DePerno, who Plaintiff William Bailey hired to represent him in the Antrim County, MI voter fraud case, has been ignored by almost every media outlet in America.

100 Percent Fed Up Reports – With the exception of one brave patriot, Rep. Matt Maddock (R), every sitting MI state lawmaker has refused to respond to DePerno’s request to sit down with him and go over the information he and his team forensic experts have obtained in their investigation into Antrim County’s November election, where over 5,000 votes were flipped from President Trump to Joe Biden.

This afternoon, after the 13th District Court Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer made the decision to dismiss the DePerno’s case, the New York Times, Washington Post, and even CNN emailed DePerno, asking to speak with him about the voter fraud case that was dismissed earlier today. DePerno ignored their request and instead opted to speak exclusively with 100 Percent Fed Up and the Gateway Pundit, who have covered his case since it began shortly after the general election.

You want to talk about the chickens coming home to roost... that's what was to be expected by decades upon decades of Americans ignoring the warnings of our founding fathers about the future potential of government corruption. There were strong warnings from the Founders and early american leaders such as Benjamin Franklin... George Washington... John Adams... James Madison... Abraham Lincoln... Alex De Tocqueville and this one from Thomas Jefferson...

During his two terms as President, Jefferson detected some evil and subversive trends which were luring the American people away from the original Constitution. Notice how direct he was in pointing the finger of accusation at the judiciary for corrupting the original constitutional plan: "Our government is now taking so steady a course as to show by what road it will pass to destruction, to wit, by consolidation first, and then corruption.... The engine of consolidation will be the federal judiciary; the two other branches the corrupting and corrupted instruments." In other words, the Supreme Court uses its judicial mandates to draw more and more power to Washington; then the Congress and the Executive use this new power to shatter the Constitution and corrupt the dual federalism which was designed to balance the political powers between the government and the states. Once Jefferson's distant cousin, John Marshall, became chief justice of the Supreme Court, Marshall set himself and his associates up as the "final arbiter" on all constitutional issues. Nowhere in the Constitution was the federal judiciary given the power to enforce its will on the states or the other two federal departments. Jefferson had the Supreme Court in his gun sights when he wrote: "The great object of my fear is the federal judiciary. That body, like gravity, ever acting with noiseless foot and unalarming advance, gaining ground step by step and holding what it gains, is engulfing insidiously the [state] governments into the jaws of that [federal government] which feeds them."

        https://nccs.net/blogs/articles/stro...m-the-founders

And right now... the scavenger hyenas posing as donkeys have the upper hand when it comes to controlling the swamp so this comes to no surprise to any halfway intelligent person after seeing how the corrupt and immoral hyenas ramrodded two sham impeachments through the House of Representatives.

And it also comes to no surprise that you would try and use a judge's dismissal of a corrupt judicial system to try and prove a conspiracy either.

Now we come to the pied piper that you like referring to which are the hyenas leading the sheep... useful idiots such as yourself... home to the slaughter... then roast... not roost. I just find it amusing how you like to keep bring up the pied piper but yet... never tried to defend even one of the pied piper's many damaging accusations. How's that for following blindly?

And as for the chickens... they would also be the loony leftist liberals such as yourself who just ignore any and all questions and refuse to defend their opinions and so called facts at the drop of a hat.

Just remember... if the hyenas are able to succeed with their plan... which I highly doubt... you have nobody to blame when they finally come after what you hold hear and dear when they finish taking care of the deplorables. So in the meantime... I suggest you keep reading that poem... First they came...

And the sad part in that would be... you weren't only guilty of not speaking up... you were actually encouraging it... now that is what you call a foolish idiot! But knowing you... you will find a way to blame Trump on that too.

Seeing how preoccupied you are with Trump all the time and following up with stories that fit your agenda … remember this Trump hit piece brought to us from the nice folks at “the Atlantic”…

Trump: Americans Who Died in War Are ‘Losers’ and ‘Suckers’

When President Donald Trump canceled a visit to the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery near Paris in 2018, he blamed rain for the last-minute decision, saying that “the helicopter couldn’t fly” and that the Secret Service wouldn’t drive him there. Neither claim was true.

Trump rejected the idea of the visit because he feared his hair would become disheveled in the rain, and because he did not believe it important to honor American war dead, according to four people with firsthand knowledge of the discussion that day. In a conversation with senior staff members on the morning of the scheduled visit, Trump said, “Why should I go to that cemetery? It’s filled with losers.” In a separate conversation on the same trip, Trump referred to the more than 1,800 marines who lost their lives at Belleau Wood as “suckers” for getting killed.

            https://www.theatlantic.com/politics...uckers/615997/
Which was followed up by this piece on CNN…

The Atlantic's editor-in-chief says his story about Trump calling vets 'losers' is just the beginning

New York (CNN Business)Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, said his magazine's story about Trump calling Americans who died in battle "losers" and "suckers," was just the tip of the iceberg.

"I would fully expect more reporting to come out about this and more confirmation and new pieces of information in the coming days and weeks," Goldberg told CNN's Chief Media Correspondent Brian Stelter on "Reliable Sources" Sunday. "We have a responsibility and we're going to do it regardless of what he says."

            https://www.cnn.com/2020/09/06/media...ces/index.html
How about telling us just how this turned out because they said that this was just the beginning but I sure as hell don’t remember hearing anything about the middle or the end…

            Nope… nothing… nil… except… that it did accomplish its goal…

Though the content of the article relied only on anonymous sources, was never proven, and was refuted by myriad on-record sources including several Trump-haters, it had undeniable power in the news cycle. The timing was impeccable. So good, in fact, it raised suspicions that the Atlantic had coordinated with the Biden campaign. The piece ran on a Thursday evening, and by the following morning a left-wing group called VoteVets already had cut an anti-Trump ad around it, which aired on MSNBC’s Morning Joe.

            https://www.breitbart.com/the-media/...e-powell-jobs/

But that’s the dem’s ideology … right? Deceit… more deceit… fake news and outright lies thrown in every once in a while for good measure… right?

So… if you want to do something constructive for a change… how about tracking down those so called “reliable sources”… you know… the four people with firsthand knowledge about Trump’s conversation with his senior staff… and follow up with more confirmation and new pieces of information that they promised in the coming days and weeks… after all… that was 8 months ago… and nothing. Isn’t it funny how the left’s “reliable sources” always have the same name… “anonymous”… who always crawl back into the woodwork for which they came after making their statements.

C’mon man… Trump saying… “Why should I go to that cemetery? It’s filled with losers” isn’t even something idiot Joe would say on his worst day. But that does sound like something that was taken right from the loony leftist liberal’s playbook… after all… that would explain why Biden received all those votes from dead people. Coincidental… I don’t think so… how else would they have come up with the idea of using the cemeteries as a means coming up with many fraudulent votes.

I know you won’t reply so feel free to give your usual pitiful… despairing LOL… which only goes to prove that you can’t come up with any reasonable argument when it comes to all those "typical lyin scum sucking left wing azzholes".

Georgia Judge Calls for Forensic Audit of Fulton County Ballots After Large Discrepancies Found in Ballot Batches

Henry County, Georgia Chief Judge Brian J. Amero ordered Fulton County ballots unsealed in a hearing on Friday.

The judge ordered the parties to appear at the ballot storage location at 10 AM on May 28th. The November 2020 ballots will be scanned at 600 dpi or higher.

              https://twitter.com/KevinKelton2/sta...lot-batches%2F

CD Media is reporting on today’s hearing.

In an ongoing hearing, Henry County, GA judge, the Honorable Brian J. Amero may give access to the plaintiffs (VoterGA.org, Garland Favorito, and another plaintiff) to the physical mail-in ballots in Fulton County, which could show massive election fraud in GA during the 2020 presidential election cycle, and the follow-on runoff that decided control of the U.S. Senate for the Democrat Party, leading to full control of the American government.

In the hearing, lawyers for VoterGA.org described large discrepancies (21%) between the number of ballot batches reported by the GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger who certified the election, and the number of ballot batches actually provided by court-ordered access in the previous April hearing in the case.

GA SoS Raffensperger Amicus Brief Denying Election Fraud Doesn’t Hold Water, Is Riddled With Deceit

VoterGA.org has been examining the ballot images at a low resolution since the hearing in April, and declared they need the actual physical ballots to understand the number of counterfeit ballots certified.

There is much more here at CD Media.

Voter fraud. All part of the big lie.
And the fools that drink the tRump kool-aid.

Thanks to Kobach, Trump and conservative think tank, we know extent of voter fraud
We Kansans owe Kris Kobach warm thanks for his greatest triumph: He proved that voter fraud is virtually nonexistent in our state. He achieved that by fiercely striving to prove the opposite.
In 2010 he got himself elected as Kansas secretary of state, then won legislative authority to prosecute illegal voters — a power no equivalent state official elsewhere holds.
So how many fraudulent voters did Kobach’s dragnet convict during his eight-year tenure in office? Just nine. Nine convictions in a state with nearly 2 million registered voters. Among those were older citizens who mistakenly voted in two different places where they owned property.
The Heritage website also reports 1,322 “proven instances of voter fraud” in the United States since the early 1980s. How could America have passed 40 years with a measly 1,322 proven instances of voter fraud? Among our 168 million registered voters?
Fully armed, Trump, Kobach and the Heritage Foundation marched out on an elephant hunt and bagged a gnat.

Just what part the loony leftist liberals using the pandemic as a means to commit wide scale voter fraud don't you understand?

And as for this quote you used...

The Heritage website also reports 1,322 “proven instances of voter fraud” in the United States since the early 1980s. How could America have passed 40 years with a measly 1,322 proven instances of voter fraud? Among our 168 million registered voters?
I guess you never heard of this little bit of wisdom...

That old bit of kitchen wisdom that for every roach you see, there are 10 you don't see -- forget it. For every one you see there can be 1,000 you don't see, according to Richard S. Patterson, who studies cockroaches in the Agriculture Department's Insects Affecting Man and Animals Laboratory.

So... trust me... there was a good bit more instances of voter fraud than just those that were proven and anyone would have to be a fool to think otherwise. But that's not what the real issue is here... it was that the 2020 pandemic nationwide mail in voting had the very likely potential to set up a breeding ground for voter fraud... which by the way... was well documented way before the election. And just who were the ones pushing for the nationwide mail in voting?

But you already know that... but yet here you are... still trying to peddle your BS about prior election fraud like this election was conducted like all the rest.

Like usual... everyone else is talking about apples and you're talking about oranges... in other words... you are way out there in left field hoping and praying to make that great catch... but in reality... the ball is just going to end up hitting you on the noggin and making you look like a fool as usual. Let's just hope that it ends up knocking some sense into your dumb ass this time.

Pennsylvania Voters Become First in U.S. to Strip Their Governor of Emergency Powers

The Keystone State voters became the first in the nation to curb their governor’s emergency powers, approving constitutional amendments proposed by Republican lawmakers angry over Democratic Governor Tom Wolf’s harsh COVID-19 restrictions. On May 18, Pennsylvania held a municipal primary, when registered voters across the state cast ballots for their party’s favored candidates to run in November’s general election. Voters picked their party nominee for district attorney, city controller, and a slew of judicial seats. There were also plenty of local races to decide in Philly’s collar counties. Additionally, Pennsylvanians found four ballot questions, two of which proposed changes to the governor’s disaster declaration powers:

                      Question 1

Shall the Pennsylvania Constitution be amended to change existing law and increase the power of the General Assembly to unilaterally terminate or extend a disaster emergency declaration … through passing a concurrent resolution by simple majority, thereby removing the existing check and balance of presenting a resolution to the Governor for approval or disapproval?

                      Question 2

Shall the Pennsylvania Constitution be amended to change existing law so that: a disaster emergency declaration will expire automatically after 21 days, regardless of the severity of the emergency, unless the General Assembly takes action to extend the disaster emergency; the Governor may not declare a new disaster emergency to respond to the dangers facing the Commonwealth unless the General Assembly passes a concurrent resolution; the General Assembly enacts new laws for disaster management?
Pennsylvania voters answered “Yes” to both of the questions, stripping Governor Wolf off of his extraordinary emergency powers. The first approved amendment essentially provides the legislature the ability to end emergency declarations by majority vote, while the second requires the governor to return to the legislature to seek renewal of emergency orders at the 21-day mark. For more than 13 months, Wolf largely acted single-handedly in issuing socioeconomic restrictions under his emergency powers, as well as via the state’s 1955 Disease Prevention and Control Act, which irked the legislature and many Pennsylvania business owners affected by the lockdowns and the at-times abrupt nature of ever-expanding additional restrictions.Republicans see the referendum as a victory with strong political overtones, as the state gears up for a wide-open governor’s race in 2022 and Wolf leaving office after two terms.Republicans in the state legislature and those aiming to replace him in 2023 have made Wolf a top political target, repeatedly attacking his stewardship during the pandemic, including his orders shuttering businesses, sending students home for online schooling, and requiring that masks be worn outdoors.

“Last night, Pennsylvanians voted to reject Democrat Gov. Tom Wolf’s overreach of executive powers after his failed COVID response — a clear sign of accountability coming in 2022,” Republican National Committee chair Ronna McDaniel tweeted Wednesday. The state’s Republican Party chairman, Lawrence Tabas, said in a statement that Pennsylvanians voted to “put a stop to Gov. Tom Wolf’s dictatorship.” Charles Mitchell, who heads the free-market Commonwealth Foundation in Harrisburg, called it a “momentous day in the history of Pennsylvania and the United States.” “It is prudent to allow executives to act quickly and decisively in case of an emergency,” Mitchell said. “However, the principles of representative self-government dictate that such decisive action cannot be maintained in perpetuity, without any valid check on executive power.” Wolf has largely lifted his restrictive orders, with the remaining limitations on crowd capacity lifting after May 30 and a mask-wearing mandate for the unvaccinated that tracks federal guidance, until 70 percent of adults are vaccinated.

Lawmakers in at least 40 states and two territories have introduced more than 200 bills or resolutions this year that would limit or impose greater oversight on governors’ powers or spending decisions during an emergency, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL).NCSL specifies that “In times of war, disease or other extraordinary conditions, each state authorizes its governor to declare a state of emergency. Once an emergency has been declared, executive powers expand until the emergency ends. These powers include authority normally reserved for legislatures, such as the ability to suspend existing statutes or effectively create new laws — albeit temporarily and only as needed to respond to the emergency situation.” As the United States experiences plummeting rate of COVID-19, the “emergency” is evidently over. With Pennsylvania showing an example of shifting power back to legislative branch, many other states are expected to follow suit. The constitutional amendments in Pennsylvania will take effect fully after the primary election is certified by the Acting Secretary of the Commonwealth, who is expected to do so by June 7.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, Governor Wolf signed a renewal of the proclamation of disaster emergency for the COVID-19 pandemic in Pennsylvania, saying “we need just a little more time under this current disaster declaration to ensure that we do not risk valuable resources that will help Pennsylvania recover from the pandemic.” Wolf didn’t specify how much time Pennsylvania will need to recover after his “pandemic-related” restrictions.

27 possible voter fraud cases out of 3.3 million Wisconsin ballots
Wisconsin election officials identified just over two dozen potential cases of voter fraud out of 3.3 million ballots cast in the November presidential election and forwarded them to local district attorneys for possible prosecution, based on documents obtained Friday by The Associated Press under the state’s open records law.
More than half of the total cases, 16 of 27, were people in the city of La Crosse whose registered address was at a UPS Store. State law requires voters to be registered at their residential address.
The last report, issued following the spring 2019 election when turnout was 1.2 million, found just 15 cases of suspected fraud. The latest numbers are in line with past elections, Magney said.

The audit will look at how the Wisconsin Elections Commission and local clerks comply with election laws. It will also study the use of electronic voting machines, and how complaints about the general election have been handled.Republicans who ordered the audit said they were responding to a deluge of contacts from constituents, who had questions about how the 2020 election was conducted."I know that this audit will help people understand our elections better and hopefully put to rest concerns," said Sen. But isn’t it funny how you omitted anything pertaining to the upcoming audit in your quotes because it sure was in that article you posted. That also makes me believe that your dumb ass might even believe that those statistics were actually the results of the upcoming audit. So which was it… deception by omission or just plain stupidity? I really can’t say because you have been guilty on both accounts many times in the past.

And you’re a fine one to keep talking about keeping the big lie going… you and your constant BS about the traitors and insurrectionists and how the Biden administration is constantly perpetuating and using the capital big lie to further their devious authoritarian plans…

How about you start defending your replies for once and give me your response to this…

The Biden administration is still lying about January 6

We’re slowly getting more information about events on January 6 at the Capitol. Every new bit of information shows that what happened pretty much falls within the parameters of anything Code Pink or Antifa have done on or to federal property, although with significantly less violence than Antifa uses. Nevertheless, Democrats continue to claim that January 6 was an insurrection that rivaled the entire Civil War in intensity. The latest claim comes from Biden’s White House, where his Press Secretary asserts that several police officers died on January 6.I’m riffing off the top of my head here, so I’m sure I’ll forget things, but here’s what we know about the events on January 6:

                            • There was at least one leftist provocateur there – John Sullivan -- who later profited off the footage he acquired after inciting people to enter the Capitol. (The last laugh the government’s because it seized Sullivan’s profits.) There were undoubtedly others as well.
                            • Capitol Police Officers invited Trump supporters into the building.
                            • The Capitol Police Officers are refusing to release 14,000 hours of footage – leading to the assumption that they contain exculpatory information.
                            • It’s probable that none of the people who entered the Capitol had guns.
                            • Of the many people being held in solitary confinement almost five months later, none are being charged with sedition or insurrection; most of them are up on trespassing charges.
                            • The only person who was killed on January 6 was Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed woman who was shot without warning by a Capitol Police officer. The others who died were felled by natural causes or a drug overdose.
                            • The only police officer to die was Brian Sicknick, who died on January 7 from a stroke that was entirely unrelated to events on January 6.

Those are the facts but Democrats, especially Joe Biden, aren’t interested in facts. Like all narcissists (and leftism is a form of cultural narcissism) and all people raised on post-modernism, there is no such thing as truth. There is only “my truth” (a term you’ve often heard) and that means “whatever will help me at this moment.” For leftists, truth is shaped by necessity, not facts. That’s why Jen Psaki, Biden’s Press Secretary, without a hint of shame, told a compliant (and also shameless) press corps that Biden knows that “a number of officers” died that day:

White House press secretary Jen Psaki claimed Thursday there were “a number of officers” who died the day of the Capitol riot, despite a D.C. medical examiner’s office determining that officer Brian Sicknick died the day after as a result of a stroke.Psaki made the comments during a White House press conference when she was asked about an open letter by Metropolitan Police Department officer Michael Fanone earlier this month, in which he discussed the “physical injuries” and “psychological trauma” suffered by officers that day and asked elected leaders to “recognize” fully the actions of officers who responded to the riot. “I’m happy to check on the status of the letter,” Psaki said. “Obviously, the president’s view is that there were a number of officers who lost their lives, paid a tremendous sacrifice, on a day that will be a stain on our democracy for many years to come, and certainly, many who survived. This will be a long-lasting trauma. I’d have to check on the letter and the status of that.”
And yes, I too am sickened by her purple prose, which takes an event that would have been considered inconsequential had leftists done it (just as Democrats routinely downplay Antifa’s destructive protests and murderous assaults on police) and tries to turn January 6 into the firing on Fort Sumter. We are living in a post-truth era and we need to figure out very quickly how to bring truth back to America. A nation cannot function if its underlying premises are all built on lies and fantasies.

Or are you just going to either completely ignore it or just give it that cowardly… sneery lol that you always do? Like I said many times… you have no credibility on this forum. After all… any idiot can spread hate… copy and paste articles and make insidious replies like traitors and insurrectionists but someone… at the very least has to be semi-intelligent to offer a logical reason as to why they have that belief when questioned about it because opinions are not facts regardless of how much you try and make yours out to be.

Like I said… the voter turnout this year just didn’t add up… especially seeing what party won along with knowing what party pushed for the nationwide mail-in voting and no voter ids along with Biden spending most of his campaign in the basement and the small gatherings that even bothered to show up to see his incoherent ass when he did decide to have a rally…

This is was the reasoning as to why I believe there was a fraudulent election. And what’s yours for the reason why it wasn’t… from what I have concluded from your sarcastic posts is being able to find a few past cases of fraudulent votes by republicans along with a few more in this last election. I not only call that illogical… I call it foolish and idiotic because any knucklehead has to realize that there had to be some fraud in every single election this country ever had. But yet… here you are desperately trying to prove something that any foolish idiot already knows.

You are the epitome of liberal logic...

You have lowered yourself so low I think your beyond help. To call someone that believes the election was stolen a traitor ?? I truly believe that anyone that believes that Joe Biden actually got 81000000 votes is beyond help and you surely fit the profile.. And to think that about 25% of Democrats feel that Biden stole the election..

                                Sure you have.
I guess you haven't been reading all the posts now, have you ?
You had the same respect for me as I had for you. Your bad feelings came about because you got hurt and you were removed from the site.
Think about it. Crying over an election and claiming fraud and cheating. Yet, no proof.
No courts have yet subscribed to the lunacy claimed by tRump and his circle of loons. In other words, no proof.
Even the goofy insurrectionists are claiming they were subjected to what was described as World War II-levels of "propaganda".
Keep promoting the big lie. Keep pushing to dismantle our democracy and the constitution. That's the way of insurrectionists.
