Wisconsin Election Audit Results: Email Contents by State Officials and Leftist Activists Are Truly Stunning — Even for Democrats

The recent report by the Wisconsin Special Counsel investigating 2020 election fraud has some alarming email communications. This is their “Second Interim Report” provided on March 1, 2022. A young NY lawyer named Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein representing the National Vote at Home Institute was behind much of the shenanigans in Wisconsin. Luckily for investigators, some of what Rubenstein discussed with city officials was sent in emails. We can only hope investigators are acquiring text and other communications from these elected officials.

In the below, the lawyer from NY is asking for details on how Milwaukee fixes damaged ballots. “Ballot reconstruction” is al known as “adjudication” in other States. The Milwaukee Election Commission offered this explanation about the reconstruction: “Absentee ballots have to be reconstructed due to voter error or damage to the ballot. Ask yourself this: If you are running a legitimate “Get out the Vote” campaign, why would even need this info.

Wisconsin Special Counsel Finds ‘Widespread Election Fraud’ In 2020 Nursing Homes

Special Counsel Michael Gableman vetted more than 90 nursing homes in five different counties and concluded there was ‘widespread election fraud.’

“Rampant fraud and abuse occurred statewide at Wisconsin’s nursing homes and other residential care facilities,” according to the Office of Special Counsel’s second interim report filed on March 1 with the Wisconsin Assembly. That conclusion represents but one of the key findings of election irregularities detailed in the nearly 150-page report—a report that also confirms the conclusion of the Racine County Sheriff’s office last fall that fraud occurred at nursing homes in Wisconsin.

Special Counsel Michael Gableman, the retired state Supreme Court justice appointed by the Wisconsin Assembly to investigate integrity concerns about the 2020 election, vetted more than 90 nursing homes in five different counties before concluding there was “widespread election fraud at Wisconsin nursing homes in November of 2020.” According to the report, nursing home staff and administrators illegally handled absentee ballots, illegally assisted with “marking” residents’ ballots, illegally “witnessed” the voting, and possibly included forgery of the elderly residents’ signatures. Under Wisconsin law, these violations of the election code constitute fraud.
This Local Investigation Led to the Special Counsel

The fraud uncovered by the special counsel’s office mirrored that revealed late last year by the Racine County Sheriff’s office. This local investigation led to the broader special counsel investigation. In the Racine County case, the sheriff’s office received a complaint of potential violations of state election law occurring at the Ridgewood Care residential facility. After conducting a thorough investigation of the complaint, Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling held a press conference on October 28, 20221, in which lead investigator Sgt. Michael Luell methodically presented his findings. As Luell explained during an hour-long press conference, Section 6.875 of the Wisconsin election code provides the “exclusive means” of absentee voting in residential care facilities. That law requires local municipalities to dispatch two special voting deputies, or “SVDs,” to such facilities. Under the election code, those SVDs must personally deliver ballots to any residents of the facility who wish to vote and then witness the voting process. By law, only a relative or a SVD may assist the voter in the process, and after the ballot is completed, the SVD must seal the ballot envelope and deliver it to the elections clerk.

The Ridgewood Care Center in Racine County violated every one of those mandates, Luell explained, with the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) holding blame for the blatant disregard of state election law taking place at residential facilities because the commission had directed municipalities not to “use the Special Voting Deputy process to service residents in care facilities,” and to instead “transmit absentee ballots to those voters by mail.” Based on the WEC’s illegal directive, Luell detailed how further violations of the election code occurred at the Ridgewood Care Center, with staffers improperly completing portions of the absentee ballots, mishandling and not securing ballots, and discussing the elections and candidates with the residents beyond merely reading them the ballots.
District Attorney Refuses to Prosecute Less than a week after his press conference, the Racine County Sheriff’s Office announced it had forwarded its conclusions to District Attorney Patricia Hanson and had recommended election fraud charges be filed against five members of the WEC, including two felony counts.

The most serious felony charges referred to Hanson alleged that the five commissioners violated Wisconsin Statute 946.12(2), entitled “Misconduct in Public Office,” and Wisconsin Statute 12.13(2)(b)7, “Election Fraud –Election Official Assisting with Violations.” The misdemeanors referred to the county DA recommended charges against the WEC for being a party to the crimes of illegal receipt of ballots and the solicitation of assistance in completing the ballots. After reviewing the referral for several months, in February Hanson announced she would not be filing criminal charges against the five WEC members because she lacked jurisdiction over the commissioners. Hanson explained in her letter announcing her decision that because the commissioners do not live in Racine County and did not issue the allegedly illegal directive doing away with SVD, she lacked the authority to prosecute the commissioners. Hanson then exercised her prosecutorial discretion to decline to charge the Ridgewood Care Center employees, explaining that “it would be unfair for me to expect that these health care professionals would better understand the election laws in Wisconsin than the Wisconsin Election Commission.” Following Hanson’s announcement, Luell spoke “with the four district attorneys in the home counties of the five commissioners.” “I have forwarded the materials from my files to each office and recommended charges that appear to fit the facts,” Luell told The Journal Times in an email. Those prosecutors could still file charges against the WEC members or reportedly appoint Hanson as a special prosecutor.
Racine’s Fraud Wasn’t Isolated At All

Further, the special counsel’s report showed that fraud found was not merely “technical” fraud but resulted in ballots cast and votes counted contrary to the intent of the nursing home residents. The “improbably high voting rates” alone creates a strong inference of fraud, but the special counsel also gathered evidence of fraud, such as suspected forgeries of residents’ signatures and situations in which the residents who “cast” a vote had been adjudicated mentally incompetent, meaning they no longer had a legal right to vote. Other residents, while not adjudicated mentally incompetent, “were unaware of their surroundings, with whom they are speaking at any given time, or what year it is.” The special counsel’s report also condemned the WEC for attempting to justify its illegal conduct by claiming it wanted to ensure seniors were not disenfranchised during Covid. “In no way was WEC’s mandating illegal activity a ‘solution’ to ‘disenfranchisement’ and to suggest that WEC’s actions were a good faith effort at doing so ignores the facts and the law,” Gableman wrote.

To the contrary, the report continued: “It is ‘disenfranchisement’ when electors are pressured to fill out ballots they did not wish to or in a way they don’t desire or even understand. It is ‘disenfranchisement’ when ballots are illegally cast on behalf of persons who have had their right to vote taken away by the courts of this State due to their mental incompetence.” Someone Else Voted For Her, But Who? The report backed up these conclusions with specifics, such as the case of Resident D. Resident D lived in a facility in Brown County, Wisconsin. Her family took Resident D to vote at her assigned polling location, but when she presented herself to vote on election day, the election workers informed her she had already voted. After questioning from her family, Resident D recalled someone at the nursing home had talked with her about voting, but she denied voting at the residential facility. Nonetheless, records from 2020 show Resident D cast an absentee ballot.

Because a ballot had already been cast in her name, Resident D was disenfranchised, and she was far from alone given the findings of the special counsel’s report. Those findings were limited because, while the special counsel’s staff “spent significant time and resources investigating the fraud and abuse that occurred at Wisconsin’s nursing homes,” the special counsel’s audit was limited in scope. To fully understand the significance of the fraud, Gableman concluded, “a state-wide, complete audit of all absentee votes from all facilities” required to use SVDs is necessary.
Well Within the Election’s Margin of Error

With about 92,000 people in Wisconsin who reside in these facilities, the failure of Wisconsin election officials “to prevent wards and incapacitated persons from voting in the 2020 Presidential election” casts “doubt on the election result,” according to the report. Those 2020 general election results showed the midwestern state breaking by 20,682 votes to Joe Biden. Whether the state Assembly will direct Gableman to conduct a further audit of the nursing homes is unclear, but what appears clear is that Wisconsin’s Democratic Attorney General Josh Kaul is unlikely to do so, as he rejected calls by the Racine County Sheriff’s Office to launch an investigation. Instead, Kaul called the southeastern county’s investigation “a publicity stunt.”

While Democrats and their media mouthpieces will likely paint Gableman’s report in the same light, Wisconsinites might soon make them care by ousting Kaul this November when he is up for re-election. State legislators up for re-election this fall may also find that their constituents care about election integrity even if they don’t.

Illegal rule changes, ballot harvesting, Iranian voter hack are among the many now-confirmed serious irregularities, putting the lie to the "perfect election" narrative.

After the 2020 election ended with President Trump’s defeat, the federal cybersecurity agency declared it was a perfectly secure vote. Months later, federal prosecutors admitted two Iranian nationals hacked into a state’s database and stole the identities of 100,000 voters in an effort to influence the election.
Likewise, Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers declared it was “outrageous” to think his state’s 2020 election needed to be investigated. Now, two separate courts have concluded that state election regulators illegally changed rules, allowing tens of thousands to cast ballots in an unlawful manner.

And that probe Evers so stubbornly resisted just provided evidence of fraudulent vote-collecting operations that exploited vulnerable residents in nursing homes.

Georgia’s elections chief similarly expresses confidence to this day in his state’s declaration that Joe Biden won in 2020, but he now admits the state’s largest county ran a vote counting operation so dysfunctional that the state may take over the county. He also has launched a probe into potential illegal harvesting of ballots that he says may result in prosecutions.

And Arizona, one of the first states to move to no-excuse mail-in voting years ago, has now begun an urgent effort to return to traditional in-person voting with paper ballots after investigations called into question more than 50,000 ballots cast in November 2020 and tens of thousands more verification signatures.

For more than a year, Democrats and their allies in the corporate media have decried what they call the “Big Lie” that America’s 2020 election was flawed or stolen. But almost weekly now, revelations are emerging that the election was, in fact, marred by illegalities, irregularities and mismanagement, leaving a nation increasingly doubting the reliability of its election system.
A recent poll found that 40% of Americans no longer believe in the legitimacy of the winner of either of the last two presidential elections, a stunning number for a country globally held as the gold standard for constitutional republics built on democracy.

"We have a lot of work to do," former Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell told Just the News on Wednesday. "And so I never sugarcoat this, because there's substantial voter dissatisfaction with the the lack of security of our ballots. And they are very concerned that folks who are voting are folks who are not eligible to vote. And so you can't have a system where illegal ballots negate the casting of legal ballots."

"At this point, there is no downside to cheating in Wisconsin, when you have a governor that's shutting down a lot of the things that we've thought in the past as Republicans and Democrats that would make a fair and transparent election," she added.

Did you see that Liz Cheney and Adam Schiff think Donald Trump should be prosecuted for trying to steal the 2020 election? I mean, who would guess? The headline from Vanity Fair says it all: “Shocker: Congress has evidence Trump may have engaged in a criminal conspiracy.”

Millions of people could’ve told us that already, but it’s always nice to have proof.

Say you’re a person with eyes and ears, who has been conscious for the last 18 months and didn’t receive a lobotomy at the MAGA Institute of Medicine from a “doctor” who looked suspiciously like Don Jr. If we asked you, “Hey, do you think Donald Trump (1) tried to overturn the 2020 election and (2) broke any laws in doing so,” you probably wouldn‘t need to consult an attorney or a legal textbook before answering, “Uh, yeah? Isn’t it pretty obvious?” You’d likely be confident in stating as much because of all the groundwork Trump laid in the run up to the election wherein he was already claiming fraud; the time in September 2020 he refused to commit to a peaceful transfer of power; the “Stop the Steal” rally that preceded the violent insurrection in which he told his supporters to “fight” for him; and the endless articles detailing his attempts to stop Joe Biden from becoming president. Unfortunately, courts of law have a different set of standards, and despite millions of people being able to say they saw what looked a lot like a crime being committed with their own eyes, Trump and his cronies can’t just be indicted based on that. Which is why it’s nice to hear that, according to the House’s January 6 committee, they have actual evidence—which could conceivably be turned over to the Department of Justice and brought as charges.

The intent of that sarcastic headline is to convince you it wasn’t a shock at all, because everyone already knew that Trump had engaged in a criminal conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election. Democrats certainly “knew.” Liz Cheney certainly “knew.” But what makes the headline unintentionally ironic is that it is completely unshocking that Liz Cheney and House Democrats claim to have evidence that Trump “engaged in a criminal conspiracy.” After all, isn’t that what Congress has been claiming even since before Trump was elected in 2016?

To Democrats (and the Republicans who savor a drink with Democrats in the Senate cloak room), Trump is evil incarnate – Vlad the Impaler without the charm. Remember when he engaged in a criminal conspiracy with the Russians to overturn the 2016 election? Oh sure, there was no evidence of that except for what Hillary Clinton and her minions invented, but that’s what makes Democrat allegations so dangerous – the only evidence they need to convict a suspect is the evidence of their own convictions. If they believe it, then it is so. Honestly, it is hard to see how the rule of law – or this nation which is built upon its foundation – can long continue when such meretricious manipulators wield the power to denounce and destroy their political enemies.

The Jan. 6 Select Committee on which they sit issued a court filing recently that proclaims “a good-faith belief that Trump and others may have engaged in criminal and/or fraudulent acts” in their efforts to prove the 2020 election was stolen. Mind you, this has nothing to do with the Jan. 6 riot. The violence that occurred is irrelevant to any assertion that he “engaged in a criminal conspiracy to defraud the United States.” Instead, what is being alleged is that President Trump had no right under law to contest the election in the United States Congress, and that by seeking to prove that the election was fraudulent, he himself is guilty of fraud. If allowed to stand, this would do away with the concept of election monitoring altogether. Or perhaps that has already happened – specifically when Chris Krebs, head of the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency, declared without evidence that “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.” Without evidence? Isn’t that what the Fake News Media has constantly said about Trump’s allegations of a stolen election? Yep, the only difference being that Trump had thousands of affidavits of fraud and mischief while Krebs had nothing but his eyes closed tight. And in the ensuing months since November 2020, more and more evidence has been made public that confirms Trump’s suspicions about the election. Here are two recent examples:

— In Georgia, video evidence has been sent to the secretary of state’s office that shows dozens of people dropping off multiple ballots in drop boxes. This raises the obvious question – where did the ballots come from? Even if they were obtained and cast legally, Georgia law is unambiguous. Each voter using an absentee ballot “shall … mail or personally deliver same to the board of registrars or absentee ballot clerk.” The only exceptions are for “a voter with a physical disability” or “voters confined to a hospital.” The disabled may have their absentee ballot returned by a family member (as defined by the law) or a household member. Voters confined to a hospital don’t even have that option. They can vote an absentee ballot immediately upon delivery by a registrar or absentee ballot clerk and return it to the official, again personally. No provision allows Democrats to pay operatives to collect and dump bundles of ballots into drop boxes in the dead of night.

— In Wisconsin, a former state Supreme Court justice compiled a disturbing report that alleges bribery and official misconduct in the 2020 presidential election. Michael Gableman was hired by the state legislature to conduct an investigation and has recommended that legislators consider decertifying Joe Biden’s victory in the state based on his findings of extensive fraud, including illegal use of absentee ballot drop boxes; corruption of the election as a result of $8.8 million spent on partisan get-out-the-vote efforts by a Mark Zuckerberg-funded nonprofit; and “many nursing homes’ registered residents voting at 100% rates and many ineligible residents voting, despite a guardianship order or incapacity.”

Most Americans have probably never heard of either of these investigations, which reveals the success of the media and the Washington, D.C. establishment in squelching any dissent from the prevailing narrative – namely that Trump invented his claims of election fraud and had no evidence. But Trump was right, and the evidence of irregularities in the 2020 election has mounted month by month, as polls consistently reveal that millions of Americans harbor doubts about the legitimacy of the Joe Biden presidency.

That’s why Donald Trump remains the leader of the Republican Party and the presumptive GOP presidential nominee in 2024. He not only believed that he was the true winner of the election in 2020; he still believes that to this day, and so do millions of other Americans. As Trump wrote in response to the recent court filing, “The actual conspiracy to defraud the United States was the Democrats rigging the Election, and the Fake News Media and the Unselect Committee covering it up.”

Trump’s statement concluded, “The Unselect Committee’s sole goal is to try to prevent President Trump, who is leading by large margins in every poll, from running again for president, if I so choose. By so doing they are destroying democracy as we know it. Their lies and Marxist tactics against political opponents will not stop the truth…” The reference to Marxist tactics is particularly timely as, on the other side of the world, Comrade Putin bombs maternity wards in Ukraine and then claims that the Ukrainians are blowing up their own babies. Or something. It doesn’t matter what because the Ukrainians are Nazis, right? So you can say anything you want about them.

Just like, if you are a Democrat or Liz Cheney, you can say anything you want about Donald the Impaler.

And I was blown away at how the sophisticated technology they used to be able to track these people using cellphone technology because your cellphone is letting off a ping every 3 to 5 seconds. You can go buy those pings off of certain geographic areas… They saw that some of these mules would visit these drop boxes every night. This is a huge development that implicates the Democrat Party directly and Stacey Abrams in particular in the ballot trafficking operations in the state of Georgia.

We later confirmed from a second source that a second Democrat office in the state of Georgia was also used as a stop for the dozens of ballot traffickers in the state.

Later this afternoon we reached out to True the Vote founder and president Catherine Engelbrecht who is spearheading this investigation. Catherine told us,

“We cannot confirm anything about organization names right now by advice of counsel. But we can confirm that two of the addresses were among a data set of those we reviewed.”

Catherine also said there are a number of investigations taking place right now.

According to True the Vote 7% of the ballots in Wisconsin at the ballot drop boxes were likely fraudulent votes.
They estimate over 137,000 ballots were trafficked in Wisconsin. Joe Biden “won” Wisconsin by less than 21,000 votes.
Gregg Phillips from True the Vote testified that they saw similar results in all of the battleground states.

BREAKING: Arizona Attorney General Releases Maricopa County 2020 Election Interim Report – Individuals To Be Prosecuted For Election Fraud

The Arizona Attorney General has finally released an interim report on his investigation into the Maricopa County November 3rd, 2020 General Election.

The entire investigation has been delayed by Maricopa County’s ‘document preservation & production issues.’ The Attorney General reported to Arizona Senate President Karen Fann that his office is still receiving new information and that Maricopa County has still not fully complied with document requests.
This is similar to noncompliance issues faced by the Arizona Senate and Cyber Ninjas while conducting the full forensic audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 election.

The letter to Karen Fann said, “The EIU’s review has uncovered instances of election fraud by individuals who have been or will be prosecuted for various elections crimes.”

Mark Brnovich tweeted, “We can report that there are problematic system-wide issues that relate to early ballot handling and verification.”




The report reveals that “between 100,000 and 200,000 ballots were transported without a proper chain of custody,” and signature verification standards were greatly decreased in the 2020 election. The Attorney General concluded that “Maricopa County failed to follow the EPM procedures when transporting 20% of the early ballots from drop box locations to MCTEC.”

The Attorney General alleges that 381 out of 1,895 Early Voting Ballot Transport Statements were missing required information such as ballot counts, audit signatures, courrier signatures, election department receiver signals, and documentation of security seals.

This is inconsistent with the Verity Vote investigation findings, which used public records requests for all ballot box retrieval and chain of custody forms utilized in Maricopa County during the 2020 General Election. This investigation found that Maricopa County failed to record the number of ballots on 1,514 out of 1,895 unique EVBTS and failed to record signatures on 48 of these documents.

Regarding signature verification standards, the report states, “the early ballot affidavit signature verification system in Arizona, and particularly when applied to Maricopa County, may be insufficient to guard against abuse.”
Under County Recorder Adrian Fontes, Maricopa County saw a massive decrease in the number of ballots rejected due to missing signatures or mismatched signatures. Due to the large volume of mail-in ballots in the 2020 election, the limited training of elections workers, and time restrictions, the AG’s office determined that 206,648 early ballot signatures were verified on November 4, 2020, with an average time of 4.6 seconds per signature.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Dr. Shiva’s extensive study of Maricopa County’s signature verification standards found an additional 200,000 signature discrepancies. There was no mention of this groundbreaking report.

This report also failed to mention any crimes committed by ballot traffickers and discovered by True The Vote and Dinesh DSouza. DSouza’s upcoming film is set to expose the nationwide operation that was used to steal the 2020 election from President Trump.

The riveting ‘2000 Mules’ proves there was massive election fraud

Dinesh D’Souza is an effective filmmaker and he didn’t disappoint with 2000 Mules, a riveting documentary examining the way leftist organizations used activists to stuff ballots in the 2020 election (and the 2020 Georgia run-off election that handed the Senate to the Democrats). However, after watching it, I felt there were some unanswered questions that also deserve scrutiny so I hope D’Souza follows up on these issues. 2000 Mules begins with the premise that Trump voters have found it impossible to believe that Trump lost the election. When they contrast his campaign appearances (60,000 screaming fans) with Biden’s campaign appearances (6 vaguely animated lumps sitting in little circles); the bellwether states showing Trump winning by a large margin; the significant gains Trump made with Hispanics and Blacks; the millions of votes Trump gained over the four years of his presidency; and the mysterious overnight counting shut-down in the states that ultimately gave Biden his “victory,” they know that something is wrong.

The folks at True the Vote also suspected that something was wrong, very wrong. The founder, Catherine Engelbrecht, working with Gregg Philips and a team of computer analysts, came up with a very clever way to determine whether there was fraud. They suspected as much, thanks to the way in which Democrats in key states used COVID as an excuse to increase absentee voting. That included states which allowed only absentee voting with drop boxes across cities and towns, where there had been massive ballot harvesting. That is, people, both real and fake, didn’t fill out their own ballots. Instead, they were collected, completed, and put into drop boxes by partisan and paid activists. To prove this theory, True the Vote obtained geo-tracking information for major urban areas in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona, allowing them to follow cell phone signals. They marked all the drop boxes and all the facilities for left-wing non-profits. They then looked for cell phones that traveled between the non-profits and drop boxes at least ten times (to be sure to winnow out statistical noise). Through FOIA requests, they also obtained as many videos as they could showing people stuffing multiple ballots into the drop boxes, a completely illegal act. Their data revealed 2,200 mules in just five cities, visiting between 20 and 45 drop boxes each, at which they dropped off an average of five ballots. When you do the math, the numbers are staggering:


They only get worse when you contemplate the fact that 10 trips per mule is an exceptionally high bar and that these were just mules in five cities. When one considers the small margin by which Biden “won” in the disputed states, had these mules not been active, Trump would have won the election by a medium to huge margin. D’Souza also speaks to Hans von Spakovsky about the various methods of committing election fraud and to a think-tank head (whose name I forgot to note down) who explains how various leftist non-profits, helped with Zuckerberg’s $419,000,000 handout, focused on creating voters, rather than promoting their candidate. The movie is clear and competent: D’Souza carefully walks Engelbrecht and Philips through their methodology and findings. He also talks to well-known Salem Radio* hosts (Sebastian Gorka, Dennis Prager, Charlie Kirk, Larry Elder, and Eric Metaxas) to gauge the effect information had on their preconceived ideas about election fraud. All but Prager suspected fraud before seeing the evidence and felt that the data proved it. As for Prager, he went from being agnostic to believing that there was indeed significant fraud in the election. As for me, I’ve long felt that Biden could only have attained the White House through fraud, for the reasons mentioned above, so the evidence True the Vote gathered merely confirmed my suspicions. However, I was left with two questions.

The first was which left-wing organizations made the fraud happen. The movie never names them, presumably because they are being investigated or because D’Souza wants to avoid a defamation suit. Both are good reasons but not identifying them diminished the movie a little. Second, and more importantly, the movie failed to explain what happened the night of the election. As best as I could tell (and I could be completely wrong about this), the mules were operating for days or even weeks before the election—as opposed to frantic drop box fraud the night of the election itself. Assuming my version of events, on the night of the election, in all the jurisdictions in which the mules were at work, Trump had a compelling lead as of 11 at night. And then, in each of those jurisdictions, something happened that had never happened before: The counting stopped. When it resumed, Biden was magically in the lead. Did the mules affect those numbers too? Or was it the case that, even with help from the mules, the numbers still didn’t add up for Biden, so the Democrats had to go to Plan B?

(By the way, AP immediately “fact checked” the movie. I didn’t find the “fact check” compelling because it ignored something important: True the Vote didn’t just look at people who repeatedly went near a drop box. As the movie carefully explained, it also made sure that the people repeatedly went to leftist non-profits and visited multiple drop boxes. It is a frantic, angry, aggressive, and incomplete “fact check.” In other words, just what you’d expect from AP.)
