CDC Exposed: Inflated Covid Deaths By 1600% Throughout The Election, “Violated Multiple Federal Laws” Peer-Reviewed Study Finds…State, Local Governments Must Act

100 Percent Fed Up reports – Throughout the election, Donald Trump was battered by CCP Virus statistics in order to hurt the American economy and his political campaign. We know that it was shamelessly wielded as a political weapon to prevent President Trump and his supporters from rallying as Antifa and Black Lives Matter burned progressive poor and minority neighborhoods to the ground throughout the entire year. Now that Biden has been installed into the office of president, he promises to increase Covid lockdown measures and extend them further into your ability to travel and force unscientific mask-wearing for at least 100 days.

But, a new peer reviewed study has been released that finds the CDC numbers to be so wildly unsupported as to be pure propaganda that is based on wholly unscientific practices that were needlessly created on-the-spot.

In COVID-19 America, freedom is a privilege subject to government permission slips

We are no longer 'the land of the free and home of the brave'

Is the United States today the land of the free and the home of the brave?

To ask that question is to answer it. We have little freedom remaining because of our timidity. Most folks are content with an overbearing government acting as if we work for it and trampling our liberty in the name of public safety.

History shows that it takes a determined minority to seek and to preserve freedom. Harvard Professor Bernard Bailyn, the country’s foremost scholar on the colonists at the eve of Revolution, has concluded that barely one-third of them favored violent secession from Britain.

Today, polls show a smaller percentage of present-day Americans as outraged at the loss of freedom as were those prepared to fight the Revolution against the king.

Is the United States today the land of the free and the home of the brave?

Let’s answer rationally, not emotionally. We have lost liberty without a shot being fired because most Americans prefer the comfort of safety to the battles for liberty. We have allowed elected officials to do to us what our forebears shed blood in wartime to prevent foreign governments from doing to us.

All elected state governors in power today have nullified the freedom-protecting clauses of the Constitution. If those clauses can be nullified, then of what value are they? By supinely accepting all this, today we are neither free nor brave. Today, we are the land of the fearful and the home of the confined.

Does the government work for us, or do we work for the government?

A lot has been said about the way Governor Andrew Cuomo has handled the Chinese Coronavirus in New York State .. Between writing a book about it and being on TV everyday and many times being on his brother's CNN entertainment channel, now the truth is finally coming out about the Nursing home deaths due to the Virus.. His own people it seems are starting to turn on him.. How many innocent people died to policies he put into place not only in NY but were adopted in many of the northeastern states including Mi,Pa NJ and CT.. Now we have a so called "whistle Blower" Now that is a term the Democrats love to use unless it is being used against one of their own..

Gov. Cuomo Aide Admits NY Hid Nursing Home Deaths

In a stunning admission, a Gov. Andrew Cuomo aide is blowing the whistle on New York state's withholding of the true nursing home COVID-19 death count to mislead federal prosecutors, the New York Post reported in an exclusive Thursday night.

"Basically, we froze," Secretary to the Governor Melissa DeRosa told lawmakers in a private admission, per the report. "Because then we were in a position where we weren't sure if what we were going to give to the Department of Justice – or what we give to you guys, what we start saying – was going to be used against us, while we weren't sure if there was going to be an investigation."

"That played a very large role into this."

DeRosa told the lawmakers in a two-hour video conference call, per the Post, the Cuomo administration rebuffed a legislative request for the nursing home death toll because "right around the same time, [then-President Donald Trump] turns this into a giant political football."
"He starts tweeting that we killed everyone in nursing homes," DeRosa says in the audio of the call. "He starts going after [New Jersey Gov. Phil] Murphy, starts going after [California Gov. Gavin] Newsom, starts going after [Michigan Gov.] Gretchen Whitmer."

DeRosa also noted Trump "directs the Department of Justice to do an investigation into us."

More than 9,000 recovering coronavirus patients in New York state were released from hospitals into nursing homes early in the pandemic under a controversial order that was scrapped amid criticisms it accelerated outbreaks, according to new records obtained by The Associated Press.

The new number of 9,056 recovering patients sent to hundreds of nursing homes is more than 40% higher than what had been previously released by the state health department.

Talking about Cuomo and New York...

New York secures $50B in funding from Biden’s $1.9T COVID relief package

WASHINGTON — More than $50 billion in funding is on its way to New York State as part of President Biden’s enormous $1.9 trillion coronavirus rescue package, The Post has learned.House Speaker Nancy Pelosi notified New York’s Democratic delegation of the generous package in a letter Thursday, where she said she believed the bill would pass by the end of February as Congress uses the drastic budget reconciliation route to approve the legislation without Republican support. The bailout includes $12.6 billion in New York state coronavirus recovery funding and $10.64 billion for local governments, Pelosi wrote in the letter obtained by The Post.Another $12.3 billion has been earmarked for the state’s shuttered schools while the Empire State’s run down transit system would receive an $8.8 billion infusion.New York airports are earmarked for $418 million in the aid bill and small businesses will be eligible for a pot of $483 million. The package will serve as an urgently-needed cash injection for the state which faces a massive $63 billion budget deficit owed to revenue losses caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Pelosi credited New York’s two senators, Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand for their “enthusiastic advocacy” in securing the funding.Despite receiving a sizeable portion of the rescue package, Gov. Andrew Cuomo will be in Washington, D.C. on Friday to ask the Biden administration for more cash. The governor — who finds himself in a raging political storm after The Post revealed his top aide’s admission that they purposely withheld the number of deaths from COVID-19 in nursing homes for fear it would be used against them in a Justice Department probe — will meet Biden in the Oval Office with a bipartisan group of mayors and governors to discuss vaccination efforts and financial relief.

One insider said Cuomo’s office was “well aware” of the $50 billion package headed their way. In recent weeks, Cuomo has pleaded with Washington to send additional COVID-19 relief and released a state budget proposal that relies on $15 billion in federal funding. Republican lawmakers and former President Donald Trump were opposed to emergency funding for state governments facing enormous budget deficits caused by the pandemic, describing them as “blue state bailouts.”

When my lab team and I did the testing through Koch’s postulates and observation under a SEM (scanning electron microscope), we found NO Covid in any of the 1500 samples."

"What we found was that all of the 1500 samples were mostly Influenza A and some were influenza B, but not a single case of Covid, and we did not use the B.S. PCR test.

We then sent the remainder of the samples to Stanford, Cornell, and a few of the University of California labs and they found the same results as we did, NO COVID. They found influenza A and B. All of us then spoke to the CDC and asked for viable samples of COVID, which CDC said they could not provide as they did not have any samples. We have now come to the firm conclusion through all our research and lab work, that the COVID 19 was imaginary and fictitious.

The flu was called Covid and most of the 225,000 dead were dead through co-morbidities such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, emphysema etc. and they then got the flu which further weakened their immune system and they died.

I have yet to find a single viable sample of Covid 19 to work with. We at the 7 universities that did the lab tests on these 1500 samples are now suing the CDC for Covid 19 fraud. the CDC has yet to send us a single viable, isolated and purifed sample of Covid 19. If they can’t or won’t send us a viable sample,"

                Also....

                https://childrenshealthdefense.org/d...ronic-illness/

"In a new research article published in Microbiology & Infectious Diseases, veteran immunologist J. Bart Classen expresses similar concerns and writes that “RNA-based COVID vaccines have the potential to cause more disease than the epidemic of COVID-19.”

For decades, Classen has published papers exploring how vaccination can give rise to chronic conditions such as Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes — not right away, but three or four years down the road.

In this latest paper, Classen warns that the RNA-based vaccine technology could create “new potential mechanisms” of vaccine adverse events that may take years to come to light.

Is China Creating A New Master Race?

Bing Su, a Chinese geneticist at the state-run Kunming Institute of Zoology, recently inserted the human MCPH1 gene, which develops the brain, into a monkey. The insertion could make that animal's intelligence more human than that of lower primates. Su's next experiment is inserting into monkeys the SRGAP2C gene, related to human intelligence, and the FOXP2 gene, connected to language skills. Has nobody in China seen Planet of the Apes?

Or maybe they have. "Biotechnology development in China is heading in a truly macabre direction," writes Brandon Weichert of The Weichert Report in an article posted on the American Greatness website. In a communist society with unrestrained ambition, researchers are pursuing weird science. What happens when you mix pig and monkey DNA? Chinese experimenters can tell you. How about growing human-like organs in animals? Yes, they have done that as well.

Moreover, Beijing may already be engineering "super soldiers." "U.S. intelligence shows that China has conducted human testing on members of the People's Liberation Army in hope of developing soldiers with biologically enhanced capabilities," wrote then Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, in a December 3 Wall Street Journal op-ed titled "China Is National Security Threat No. 1."

China's regime does not have ethics or decency, is not bound by law, and does not have a sense of restraint. It does, however, have the technology to start a whole new species of genetically enhanced, goose-stepping humans.

But yet... people wonder how the Wuhan Virus came to be and why there's no outrage by the MSM or government officials blaming China for inflicting the Wuhan Virus upon the world. As a matter of fact... they don't even want you to call it the Wuhan or Chinese Virus and Beijing Biden rejoined WHO... who is heavily influenced by the Chinese Communist Party.

Newsom Recall Effort Now Has More Than 1.5 Million Signatures

"Recall Gavin 2020," a group working to recall California Gov. Gavin Newsom, says they now have gathered more than the 1.5 million signatures needed for a ballot proposal to remove him from office.

The signatures need to be verified, and once that happens, the recall election against the Democrat governor could happen sometime this summer, reports ABC affiliate KGTV in San Diego.

Interest in recalling Newsom is higher after reports that he had dined with friends at an expensive restaurant while he was telling California residents to stay at home because of the coronavirus pandemic, recall advisor Randy Economy said.

"Gavin Newsom won’t listen to our struggles, so he will have to deal with our signatures, all 1.5 million of them. A recall is on the verge of happening, and better days are coming" former San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer, a Republican candidate for governor of California, said on Twitter.

Pennsylvanians May Amend Constitution to Stop Endless Lockdowns

On Friday, February 6, the Pennsylvania (PA) state legislature gave the final approval to put three state constitutional amendments on the ballot for a popular referendum scheduled for May 18. Two of these amendments address the power of the state governor to declare and renew emergency declarations and are both a direct result of conflict between the Republican-controlled legislature and the Democrat governor, Tom Wolf.

The first amendment, titled the Pennsylvania Emergency Declaration Amendment (2021), would add a section to the state constitution that would limit any disaster emergency declaration to a maximum of twenty-one days unless the state legislature voted to extend the order. Additionally, the legislature would be required to pass laws related to each class of emergency enumerated in the amendment and the governor would be forbidden from declaring another emergency based on “the same or substantially similar facts” without a resolution from the state legislature granting that power.

The second amendment, titled the Pennsylvania Legislative Resolution to Extend or Terminate Emergency Declaration Amendment (2021), would grant the state legislature the authority to extend or terminate an emergency declaration by a simple majority vote that is not subject to veto by the governor. This amendment is the direct result of a confusing conflict that took place in June 2020 after the state assembly passed a concurrent resolution to end the coronavirus disaster declaration. Supporters of the resolution argued that it was not necessary for the governor to sign it, while the governor obviously vehemently disagreed. The case went to the Democrat-controlled state supreme court (state supreme court justices are elected in PA) where it was ruled that the governor did have the authority to veto the resolution and prevent it from going into effect. This amendment would explicitly change that and allow the disaster emergency declaration to be ended unilaterally by the legislature.

Only time will tell if these amendments will be enacted into law, but it is worth noting that all ten of the constitutional amendments that have made it to the referendum stage since 1995 have been approved by voters. In fact, a constitutional amendment hasn’t been rejected since 1981. It is yet to be seen whether or not that track record will hold.

Whether they are enacted or not, some way to curtail the governor’s emergency power is urgently needed in the face of the egregious and seemingly unending violations of the traditional rights and liberties of Pennsylvanians in the face of the government’s coronavirus response. In September 2020, a federal judge, William Strickland, ruled that PA’s coronavirus restrictions were unconstitutional and egregious in numerous ways. Strickland noted that the rule-making procedure for the emergency was essentially compiled by an opaque committee with no public accountability, stating that “the manner in which Defendants, through their policy team, designed, implemented, and administered the business closures is shockingly arbitrary.”

A new “scientific” study has been published that claims that reparations to black Americans would save them from the coronavirus.

The study, entitled “Reparations for American Descendants of Persons Enslaved in the U.S. and their Potential Impact on SARS-CoV-2 Transmission” was published in the “Social Science and Medicine” Journal online at the start of the month.

                          https://www.sciencedirect.com/scienc...77953621000733
Put together by academics from Harvard, Duke, UC San Francisco, Stanford, among other universities and organisations, claimed that if only the US had given black Americans reparations for slavery, then coronavirus transmissions would drop in the community by anywhere between 31%-68%.

The study compares the transmission rates at the start of the pandemic between Louisiana, and South Korea, and claimed that the R-rate in Louisiana would have dropped by the given percentages if each black American in the state was given $250,000 in reparations, or $800,000 per household.

Isn't Louisiana a red state? Maybe the state should have had some stricter covid regulations in place to combat the spread of the virus. I don't know what kind of lock down regulation the governor of Louisiana had in place. This may be a dumb question but wouldn't the covid vaccine shots, wearing masks and social distancing be more cost efficient than $250,000 in individual reparations?

What I got out of the article was the word "if".. If they had made reparations then the black community would have had the money. I guess if you have a bunch of money then you can buy your way out of the virus.. I really didn't think the virus made a choice on victims..
